I am very satisfied with the cleanings I receive from the Merry Maids team. They are efficient and thorough. The team is friendly and personable. I am always happy to come home to my townhouse after Merry Maids have been there.

I just moved in to my new apartment, the leasing office told me they had cleaned it before my move but they had not, so I had to take matters into my own hands thats why I decided to contact Merry Maids. I had seriously asked the leasing office to change my whole kitchen because it was filthy. The 2 ladies were very punctual and friendly, I left to run errands within an hour and half or maybe less they were done!!!! I don't wanna change my kitchen anymore ^_^ thats how good they were. I actually felt home after they cleaned my apartment. Thank you sooo much I loved their service. Oh!!! and I got them to come one day to another!!!!! They came and did an amazing job I'm so happy I made that quick decision.

The ladies with Merry Maids have always done just a wonderful job of cleaning our house. Better than I would have done most of the time. I am usually home when they are here as I work at home full time and the ladies are always so polite and as me how I'm doing. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience having Merry Maids clean our house. I would highly recommend them to any one.

The service is reliable and consistently of high quality. All materials are provided so we don't have to worry about these items. The company tries to send the same team leader each time so they are familiar with our home and what needs to be done. I don't know how anyone could have had a bad experience with them. They've cleaned for us for 20 years.

I'm a wedding planner, and I recently had a couple hire a team from Merry Maids to polish up their wedding venue (similar to an at-home wedding) prior to their guests' arrival. Merry Maids was easy to communicate with prior to the wedding day, and the cleaning team arrived on time and ready to go. They had every space looking great before they left, in spite of having to work around a large wedding party and a lot of bustle. They were polite, responsive, and all around awesome. I'd recommend them without reservation.

We hired Merry Maids to clean our home to prepare it for sale. We were already in our new home In another state when we made arrangements and thus unable to meet the maids in person or evaluate their work ourselves. However, our real estate agent was thrilled at the quality of the cleaning! It means so much to have professionals do such amazing work without having to or even being able to supervise the work!!! I would highly recommend Merry Maids!!!

The cleaners do a good job most of the time. They have always been honest and pleasant to work with. I know the women need a fair wage and the owners to make a fair profit. But, please don’t price your company out of reach for customers. You raised your price last year and again this year. Is that going to be the pattern?

I really didn't want to send a message this time because there were a couple of problems with the cleaning. First, my husband and I had to totally remake the top sheet of the bed instead of just being able to hop in. I have instructed the cleaners to use the center fold of the top sheet as a marker for the center of the bed. That way there is equal sheet on both sides of the bed. This time one side hung way down almost to the floor, and the other was so short there was no way to tuck it in. Also, I am wondering if they vacuumed the front bedroom, as there was still a lot of dust. Most of the time they do a good job. I do not know what happened this past cleaning.

The team from Merry Maids always does an excellent job and they are so professional. We have been using them for over 1.5 years and our house is so much cleaner and more liveable. We highly recommend them!

The cleaning team is hard working. Since the first time they came to my home, I have had a good impression of the ladies. Although every job is different, the attitude of good purpose is the same. They earn money by working diligently. And I did have some misunderstanding and argument with the management team. However, they are ready to communicate and accomadate. I am satisfied. I love the insightful card they leave after they finish each task. I pray every company is joyous and decent and bring joy to customers. Wish you success Merry Maids!

We are long-time customers of Merry Maids in Gaithersburg, MD and are very pleased with our monthly cleaning service. The work is done efficiently and with attention to detail. It’s a joy to return to a clean house!

The maids were very good with cleaning. They reached up for the cobwebs, brushed down drapes, did the sideboards, top of pictures/door frames. They got it all. They were quiet & efficient. I have no problems with them. It's the intake and pricing that I have a problem with. The person assessing my house missed the laundry room (which my son pointed out) so it's $5.00 more to clean it. This room is small. I'm not happy that they are adding more money. Also, the downstairs family room was not real, because my son said do not clean my bedroom. The bedroom is a separate room than the family room. Hopefully the next cleaning will include all of the house (minus one bedroom).

Team 11 is very professional--much more so than other companies I have used. They follow instructions including coming in the afternoon, so I can take calls in the morning while working remotely. They clearly try to leave the house in the best possible condition, and it is much better than any other service I have tried, which is not a small number. I am very impressed.

Merry Maids was awesome- even despite a complication with a lockbox which was likely my fault, they were back on the scene same day and got the job done perfectly. I was able to get the place on the market last night!

I have been using them for years and they always do an excellent job! Thursdays are always my favorite days because my house is spotless for the weekend! We've used several teams that were able to accommodate schedule changes and they have all done an excellent job. Would and HAVE highly recommended them to friends and family.

I've been a regular customer of this Merry Maids office since 2005, and I've been very happy with their service. I appreciate that the cleaners are pleasant, professional, thorough, and accommodating of requests when able. (For example, to start in a particular area of the house or to use a cleaning product I provide for a special surface.) I usually have the same team for every cleaning, and they get to know my house and preferences. I like that I get text reminders when my cleaning is coming up, and another text when the team is on their way to my house. I've had very few issues over the years, and when I do, a manager has promptly resolved the issue. I really look forward to having my whole house looking and smelling clean after Merry Maids has been here.

We had sticky liquid spill on our laminate floor. We wet-mopped several times, but couldn't get it clean. We called Merry Maids and they were able to clean nearly our entire first floor in an hour and now we can walk across our living room without feeling like flies on fly paper.

Sarai and her teammate did a wonderful cleaning in my house today. This team is the best we have worked with so far. They made the house neat and clean. They even put the shoes on the hallway to closet! Great job.

Merry Maids has been cleaning my father’s house every two weeks for years. The work is always as expected: thorough and reliable. The house always look brand new after a cleaning.

Merry Maids' team (led by Claudia) was wonderful! Despite the unexpected bout of rain, they showed up on time, did not leave any dirt from the outside wet floors outside on the hardwood flooring or new basement carpet. They were efficient, did the job I asked and made suggestions on how to work around the moving boxes around so that they could provide the best service. I would definitely use Merry Maids again!
