I learned about Lilly’s Cleaning Service through the American Cancer Society. Lilly’s is one of the companies in Montgomery County that offers four free cleanings for one hour once a month while cancer patients are undergoing treatment. Their services were a blessing to I and my family while I underwent chemotherapy. They made my house shine each time they came, and the ladies were very sweet. Each crew that came was very careful with delicate items and got the job done efficiently and quickly. Thank you, Lilly’s crews, for giving me peace of mind that my home was well maintained while under your care. And a shout out to Claudia in the office-she’s wonderful!

Lilly's has been cleaning my home for years, so when it came time to find a new cleaner for our business, we reached to Lilly's as well. They do such a thorough job and include things the old cleaners did not, such as dusting the window blinds, dusting our personal desks, taking our recycle out to the dumpster area, and even running the dishwasher. This place has never looked so fresh! SO glad we made the switch and glad they do as good a job with their corporate clients as they do with their residential clients.

I have been with Lilly's Cleaning service for over 5 years. I am very pleased with their service and their crew of cleaners. They notify me of the cleaning time and they are very timely in their arrival. The team does a VERY thorough job and I truly trust them at my home. I have had the same supervisor for many years, and I really appreciate their consistency. They also have a spot check done by the company from time to time as an added check to their service. I would highly recommend them.

We used Lilly's cleaning service to do a final move out cleaning. From the start, Karen was very helpful explaining their services and getting me scheduled on last minute's notice. The three ladies who came to the house were absolutely wonderful. They thoroughly cleaned the house from top to bottom and did an excellent job. The house smelled clean and was so pristine when they left. I highly recommend their services.

Lilly's provides a great cleaning service for our home! One of the things that stuck out to me initially was responsiveness of the head office. It has always been easy to reach out to them, reschedule cleaning, request additional services, etc. The cleaning crew is professional, does a very thorough job, and is always very courteous. We have never had a scheduling issue and the crew is always on time. Would highly recommend!

We brought Lilly’s Cleaning Service into our home after a puppy and a baby arrived in our home in the same summer. It was a bit much for us and Lilly’s came to the rescue. I was a little surprised that I didn’t have the same crew every week, but I think that actually helped to keep them on task, because I wouldn’t distract them with catching up with how their parents are doing and their kids, etc. The crew comes in, knows exactly what to do, and gets right to work. Before I knew it, they returned my house to me looking fabulous. Every week, I enjoy the post-Lilly glow. Such a sense of peace for a bit before puppy starts tearing things up again.

I used Lilly's services to do a final move out cleaning. They were wonderful. They cleaned all the baseboards all the shelves in the closets, a full clean of the whole refrigerator and even the patio deck and walls. They were there for about 2 hours, team of 3 ladies, and did a very thorough job. It was such a great help for me after packing for 3 weeks. The condo apartment was absolutely pristine when they left. I highly recommend their services.

They cost more than the previous cleaning services we've used, but their professionalism has been well worth it. We are moving out of state, and will miss their reliable thoroughness!

Lilly's sends reminders a couple of days in advance and it's easy to arrange for extra services as needed. Plus, Lilly's is gracious about vacation stops. I heartily recommend this service.

I bought Lilly's as a Christmas gift last year and we have loved them ever since. We tried a few different cleaning teams until we found the team we love. They are great! They clean everything - including the baseboards, lamps, and fans. I love that I can count on them to give me an arrival window and contact me if anything changes. They have been very flexible with us and have made it possible to change our priorities on which rooms are cleaned and price adjusted accordingly. They are great!

Marta have been the team leader for the crew that come to our house every three weeks. She is very attentive to our cleaning service needs and every aware to detailed services we need in our house.

Lilly's always comes as planned. They are communicative and flexible when needed, like with schedule changes or if I need an additional area cleaned. Our team is very nice and they do a good job! We have them come every other week.

We used Lilly’s cleaning service to provide our first house cleaning after almost a year. We hadn’t had the house cleaned because we were uncomfortable with anyone coming in during the pandemic. Now that we are both vaccinated we felt comfortable in using a cleaning service and were very impressed with the presentation made by Lilly’s representative. The three cleaners showed up on time and stayed for over two hours and did an amazing job making her house presentable again.

Lilly's Service has been helping us (my wife and myself) by cleaning my home every other week for several years now. I have been disabled and while my wife was working I was doing the cleaning which was too much. We decided to hire Lilly's and have been so happy with the work they do and their flexibility in scheduling around our travels that we never considered not sticking with them after my wife retired. Lilly's came to clean my brother's apartment. He's special needs and does not maintain his place well. In particular his kitchen, appliances, and bathroom were not in good shape at all. I've used Lilly's for several months now after having bad experiences with previous cleaning services. Could not recommend Lilly's more highly! It's easy to schedule an appointment, they send a reminder and confirmation the day before and show up exactly when they say they will. The team is fast, efficient, thorough and has a great eye for detail. I always find myself walking around saying, "Wow!" after they've been here. We've got a cat and a one year old (and two fairly messy adults) so they've got their work cut out for them. They've been a lifesaver. And very reasonable price for a monthly cleaning!
