(2nd Visit) Recently called Germantown HVAC again for our HVAC's clogged AC drainage lines. The PVC pipes were dripping alot of water and I couldn't stop the leak. I was originally asking for Oscar, one of their best technicians but the service technician that came to service our unit was Gene. Gene was AWESOME!!!
He fixed the repair in less half and hour and he improved the design of our drainage pipes for the better! (Refer to the Pictures) He showed me how I could unclog the pipes with the new fittings he put on too for future maintenance. My wife and I were so pleased that we called the owner, Danny, and we complimented him on the great service that we get every time from all his employees. If you're looking for a honest and fair HVAC small business to support, my wife and I highly recommend them.

(1st Visit) Called up Germantown Heating & AC and I wasn't disappointed. Oscar was our technician and he was immediately able to troubleshoot why our AC unit wasn't working properly. It was due to an incorrect installation of a Smart Thermostat by PEPCO which was performed by another vendor. If you are looking for a honest, fair HVAC contractor and their employees, I highly recommend them.
