Our HVAC broke a few days before Thanksgiving. From the intake process to installation, Cool Breeze was efficient and courteous. They were prompt and professional. Highly recommend them.

This is the only hvac company that will service daikin heat pumps in PG county (besides one other hvac company, who almost burned my house down and set me up with a non functional heat pump for the last 2 years - that company name starts with an M). I wish I knew about these guys years ago.
They fixed my heat pump settings within 5 minutes of doing a house visit, and then diagnosed the uneven heating in the house. I had them install additional return vents, and while they were setting that up, they found that company M had installed the heat pump so that there was a plastic plate partially blocking the return air. The Cool Breeze duct dudes removed that plastic plate. No wonder my heating bills had chronically been around $600 a month.
Long story short, this is a company that knows what they’re doing and they will actually fix things.

These people are very nice, but I have had issues with them. They often show up late, sometimes without letting me know. One of the outdoor units they installed blew its controller board and they charged me a lot of money to come fix it., though parts were still under warranty. One of the split system indoor units they installed was done incorrectly and leaked. I called them to come fix it, but the fix made things worse and they had to come back again. The second fix seems to have succeeded, but they damaged the drywall and put a big blob of plumbers putty on the unit, so it looks really terrible now.

After multiple HVAC companies came to diagnose the root cause of one of my vents not blowing any air and unable to diagnose this issue, i called Coolbreeze. Victor was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour. I’m happy with the work and expertise this company was able to provide and will be using them for my future HVAC needs.

Their staff was courteous, professional, and very efficient during the replacement of an existing heat pump setup. A brief follow-up service was completed on-time and quickly.

Excellent experience with Cool Breeze. My gas furnace stopped working and Cool Breeze had an appointment available within 24 hours. Walter and Darryl were able to not only fix the acute issue but also address longer-standing problems I've had with the furnace. They were professional, friendly, and highly competent.

Fixed my heat with next day service, showed my tips as a first time home owner. Daikin was extremely nice and helpful. Work was very inexpensive.

I do not recommend them. They tried to overcharge me for a capacitor. My air conditioning unit required a new capacitor and a personnel from Germantown heating and air conditioning replaced it and charged me $130 for a $15 capacitor. When asked about it he said that is what the company policy is for capacitors.
