My wife and I have been customers of B&B since the 1980s. We have always been very happy with the service that has been provided by their technicians and office staff. This month provides another example. Old whole house humidifier was dead when we plugged it in for the fall/winter season. We decided to purchase an updated unit from B&B. Within a few days, Gerard Vilton, the B&B tech, arrived with the new unit. Gerard was very professional, friendly, competent and knowledgeable. He very carefully removed the old unit, installed the new one and showed us to operate it. The area where he worked was spotless when he was done. We were extremely pleased with Gerard's work.

Our air conditioning broke down this morning at our place of business, and this company had someone here within hours of calling, but that's not the reason I'm writing a review. I'm writing because of the technician, Jameel who came here for repair. What a nice young man he was! He not only was respectful to his client, but kept us informed for each step in the process. After he left, my coworker turned to me and said, "Now that's Customer Service" and I said, no that's Customer Excellence!

I was referred to Eli by someone who recently used his services. I called and left my information with Sharon, and was told I'd receive a call from a tech. A week later I still did not receive a call, so I called back again. I left a message with the Answering Service, who took my information, and said I'd receive a call back. They still have not returned my calls. If this is how they treat their potential customers, I cant imagine how they treat their actual customers. Not recommended, not reliable.
