Metro HVAC is the best. They’re extremely professional and have troubleshooted some really tricky issues with our finicky HVAC unit. Other companies refused to go on our roof or would prematurely recommend just replacing entire parts, but Metro HVAC has actually attempted to (and successfully) fixed parts for much less than it would cost to replace. Their prices were better than the competition. Their service plans are also a good value, and their 24/7 service has helped us out a few times. I’ve never needed to contact them outside of 9am-7pm, but they’ve made emergency calls on the weekend that were a life saver. Mike and Nate are really talented technicians. You’re really in good hands with them!

Sometimes you have to take the initiative to follow up with their office since they’re so busy and things can fall through the cracks, but it’s worth it for their services.

I was pleasantly surprised when the Metro Services HVAC Tech stated that he didn't have the experience to check my boiler, so he contacted office staff, who within an hour, called to tell me that Mr. Mike would come later--same day--at a time convenient for me.

Mr. Mike and Mr. Joshua arrived; Mr. Mike coached him through the annual check-up that included--for the first time in 20+ years of an annual check-ups--"bleeding" all the radiators!

For several reasons, I'm very satisfied because of: Mr. Joshua's honesty; the same-day rescheduling (without my having to ask); and no pushy up-selling. Plus, the Techs patiently answered my questions; were professional from greeting-to-departure; arrived on time, and charged a reasonable rate. I gladly recommend Metro's services and give them a 5-star rating for their 5-star service.

Joshua is knowledgeable, up-front with sharing information, respectful, and nice. He answered all the questions I had and offered the contact information of his supervisor if I had any more questions later. I noticed the heat out in the evening and the next day Joshua was out to look at my furnace. He was able to get the heat working again and let me know what I’ll need to do to keep the furnace working for the future

Cannot recommend this company highly enough - my heating system broke down over the weekend during the arctic spell and they were here within a couple of hours and followed up again the next day to get it going again. They were really responsive, fast, all the staff were super nice, informative and extremely helpful. From comparing online I think their prices are more than competitive - all they charged was the diagnostic/call out fee and a part that needed to be replaced.

Nate came out and fixed our HVAC issue very quickly. He was polite and professional, and was able to quickly get our furnace back up and running during freezing weather to ensure we had a safe, heated home. Carolina provided amazing customer service over the phone as well.

Nate was phenomenal and delivered outstanding service. From the moment I connected with him, he showed a real sense of urgency to get my heat up and running. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and even took the time to walk me through a few maintenance tips once the job was done. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommend his services. 5 stars without a doubt!!

About 5 years ago, our downstairs HVAC system died, so we requested quotes from three different companies to replace it. Metro Services HVAC offered us the best deal, and we were also impressed by Nate's experience and honesty when he discussed options with us. We're very happy we chose Metro Services HVAC to install our system, and we haven't had any major issues with it in the 5+ years since we purchased it.

Since then, we have continued working with Metro Services HVAC to inspect both our HVAC systems twice a year, and we're consistently impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the technicians who visit our home. Specifically, we've been working with Mike for many years, and he's always very kind and helpful when he visits.

For example, just last week during the unusually cold weather for our area, I noticed water damage around one of our downstairs air vents, so I called Metro Services HVAC. Mike appeared shortly after, and he and Nate quickly identified the source of my problem. It wasn't my HVAC system at all; instead all the ice that had accumulated on my 2nd floor porch was slowly melting and leaking into the interior floor beneath it. Although Mike had literally nothing to do with that problem, upon my request he removed the air vent cover and cut a hole in the nearby drywall to confirm the source of the problem. There, he found evidence of the problem so I removed the ice. Sure enough, after removing the ice my leak went away. I'm impressed that Mike is always able to solve not just my HVAC issues, but he's also happy to help with any problem he can.

I have recommended Metro Services HVAC to a few of my neighbors, and I'm happy to recommend them here on Google as well. I plan to continue working with Mike, Nate, and Metro Services HVAC for as long as I continue living in this home.

Top notch experience for an emergency repair. Was able to get emergency service on the weekend within a couple hours of calling. Mike showed up at the beginning of the service window, was courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the process and walked me through his diagnostics every step of the way. He was able to adjust and fix my furnace without having to replace any parts and stayed until he could confirm the furnace was functioning properly. My furnace has been working properly since. This is my second experience with Metro Services HVAC and once again I am 100% satisfied.

I returned home in the afternoon to find that my AC had failed. I called B&B and they quickly responded and fixed the unit. They give excellent and very professional service. The technician knew exactly what to do. I like them so much that I signed a year maintenance contract.

B&B came promptly when our A/C malfunctioned due to a nearby lightening strike. They worked quickly. They scheduled an inspection for the county for us and were all around very professional. Jason just did an inspection for us and he arrived when expected, he was courteous and unlike some companies who try to sell you on unnecessary services, he made a few logical recommendations and wasn’t at all aggressive about making a sale.

Elmer Romero is an excellent technician and answered all our questions and fixed our air conditioner and waited to make sure that temperature came down to desired temperatures.
He also suggested to have service contract which allows two free visits per year with no additional charges.

B&B has been a life saver over the years. We got a maintenance contract when we bought our home 18 years ago and since then it has paid for itself. They come quickly when there is a problem and don't up-charge when something isn't necessary. This past week Jason was our tech. He was polite, quick, practiced safe practices with Covid and was nice to our old, grumpy dog. I had to mention him by name. Good job.

Alex, junior and Henry were profesional, courteous and diligent in replacing our HVAC system. They worked hard and listened to my requests and explained what they needed when required. The installation is cleanly done and we are very pleased with their work and the system.
They explained anything that differed from our old system so that I was familiar with any new features.

B&B AC & Heating was extremely professional in every respect. The technicians, the manager, the executive assistant were all very helpful and answered any question I had. They were also very personable. The HVAC installation went very smoothly and took less time than estimated. I would recommend this company very highly and look forward to an ongoing business relationship with them. Specifically, Junior, Luis & Henry did an outstanding job, I am extremely pleased.

B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service provided a nearly unbelievable 4-hour turnaround from the time I called on the phone to repairs complete on my central air system. I have an older unit that is on its way out, but techs Yuri and Toussaint were able to diagnose, repair, and even inspect/clean the unit all in about an hour. These guys are consummate professionals, from the frequent communication and explanations to the little things, like keeping my floors clean with boot covers. They were straightforward, no-nonsense, and understandable to folks who are not HVAC experts (including me). My family felt the loss of cooling immediately when the issue happened, and it would have been a rough time without a working A/C this week. Thanks B&B - I wish all service calls were like this one!
