Alex, Junior, Elmer and team did an excellent job in replacing my AC unit and gas furnace in the allocated amount of time with no delays. Great communication, details, service and personality. I recommend this company and team for their great, on time service and professionalism.

Jason and Yuri were sent out to our home from B & B and we were very impressed with their level of detail and attentiveness. Jason was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us.
We had them come because my husband was experiencing headaches and we were trying to see if by chance there was any carbon monoxide issues or something else.
Even though they tested for carbon monoxide and everything seemed fine, Yuri went the extra mile by attaching a carbon monoxide filter on our main level for a while just to make extra sure everything was fine..

The service over the years has been very good and when the time came for a new heat pump for our townhouse, we went with B&B because we already trusted them. Junior, Alex, and Henry worked all day long on a cold, snowy day. They were very kind and professional.

we had Nestor out for a second opinion after being told there were multiple issues with our broken heat system, and that we would be waiting weeks for a replacement. Nestor Immediately put our concerns to rest by quickly identifying the problem and getting on the phone with a coworker to obtain the part. we are so grateful for B & B always being an honest and reliable company. highly recommend!!

Water heater needed replacing. Yuri Lopez and Junior from B&B completed the installation - they were incredibly helpful in explaining things and great at installing the new water heater. Their workmanship is well above the norm. I definitely would request them again should the need arise.

I have been a customer of B&B for approximately 25 years! They are the best, hands down! They always come quickly when called and have saved the day many times over the 25+ years we've worked with them. The most recent time happened a few days before Christmas. It turned out that an electric panel within the unit had failed. They did a temporary fix to last until the part they needed arrived, and a few days later (on Christmas eve day) they came back and put the new part in and we had nice, warm heat for Christmas! The technicians are always fantastic! This time we had Toussaint as our main tech and he was just great! He was courteous, very knowledgeable and informative, and did a wonderful job fixing things so that we had heat until the needed part arrived a few days later. He and his colleague came back on Christmas eve day--missing their holiday party--to help rectify our heating issue. I can't say enough about how professional they were, and so gracious! This company is truly top notch, with great employees. I highly recommend them for maintenance, repairs, and for equipment installation too!

Our system needed filters, cleaning and some general tlc. Jason Toussaint and a second tech came out…on time and ready to do whatever was necessary. They were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. After trying a few other companies thru the years…I have finally found the best! Thank you so much!

Jason was superb in his servicing skills to find and fix the leak in out air conditioning unit. He explained his thinking clearly and fixed the issue in a timely manner. His courtesy by covering his shoes before entering our home impressed me as courteous. The office person who took my initial call was respectful and clear and showed an interest in our problem. Junior, Nestor, and Yuri did a great job replacing a mini-split system for us. Junior came out the same day we called for service to diagnose and offer solutions. When we decided to replace, they were back out within a few days and did a fantastic job.

Old heater completely failed during the extreme cold. We were saved by Junior, Henry, and Yuri who braved the cold and installed a new one, including a water heater. They were quick, clean, and professional.

Arranged for B&B to clean our house ducts and dryer vent after many, many years. Came same day we called for an estimate then came on time and did excellent work. Highest praise for Henry and Alexy on a difficult job. Would highly recommend.

BnB takes great care of my Hearing and A/C system. Had Jason and Alex with me today to power clean the vents and returns. Great results from these two courteous professionals. I'll go back to BnB again and again!

B&B came out the same day when our heating was not working. They called to let us know when they were on their way and arrived quickly. Jason, the tech, was able to diagnose the problem, fix the issue, and give us advice on preventive maintenance all in the same day. He walked us throught each step of his work. We were thankful B&B were able to save the day for us as weather is getting cooler. B&B is reliable and efficient.

Highly recommend this company. Initially called for a diagnostic which was a same day service on Saturday. But since it was 22 years old, and the repair quote told me that it's time to get a new installation. Yuri Lopez came on time on Tuesday around 8:30 am or earlier , no time wastage, worked all day possibly 10 hours and broomed and cleaned the basement to remove all the dirt created from work. Polite and professional.

I am so pleased with the service man Gerard who came this morning. He arrived early, fixed everything and even did a few extra things like fixing the thermostat for me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I whole heartedly recommend BB and do ask for Gerard to be your service person. He's the best. Thank you Gerard.
