Always quick to respond with the best customer service and price. Every person I have worked with from Cool Breeze is professional and friendly. I have used them on multiple occasions for my home and rental properties, for HVAC and plumbing. They fix things others can't and with efficiency!

We called Cool Breeze late at night during a cold spell when our heat stopped working. They promptly deployed someone the following morning to figure out what was going on. The technician was able to diagnose and temporarily fix the issue, and CB sent another tech following the weekend to permanently resolve the problem. We appreciated the responsiveness, thoroughness, and great customer service throughout!

We had two systems replaced at the same time, so Cool Breeze sent out two excellent teams to knock all of the work out in a day. They were on time and efficient and left the work area spotless. On top of that, the price for the two systems was very competitive. I would definitely refer them to others!

My wife and I may be Cool Breeze's new biggest fans! Our condo A/C unit wasn't keeping up with the rising temperatures, so we called them. They sent their field manager Chris out quickly to assess what needed to be fixed with our HVAC. Turns out, we needed to have the a/c and heat replaced. They quoted us a fair price and even gave us a discount. My wife is disabled and cannot regulate her body temperature, and it can get very serious. Because of this, even though they were booked solid for 2 weeks, Cool Breeze moved things around so that it could be installed before the 100° week thats ahead of us. When they arrived to replace the unit, they realized they had made a mistake and needed a different unit because the space was too tight for anything else. The owner, Ron, called me and explained/apologized for the mistake. He said they usually charge $1600 more for the unit we needed than what we were originally quoted for. Instead of asking us to pay the difference, Ron said they would eat the mistake. He said that's the type of company they are. My wife and I could not be more appreciative. Huge shoutout to Ron, Victor, Walter, Chris, Danielle (who I called so many times during the process), and everyone else at Cool Breeze. We will not forget the kindness and humanity you all displayed. We know who to call if we ever need more help with our HVAC, and now you do too!

They provided very good and prompt service! They recognized a problem with our system and addressed it quickly.

I had a small puddle form in my basement near the AC. I called Cool Breeze and they sent out Rene on Wednesday to service the AC. They gave me a window of 2-4 and Rene showed up not long after 2. He deduced the leak was not coming from the AC, explained why, and even though it was out of his realm of responsibility he helped troubleshoot the leak regardless. He called the office and scheduled one of their plumbers, Matt, the next day.

Matt had a similar window and showed up not long after 2 as well. He broke down what the usual causes would've been and answered questions. He deduced the leak must be coming from the neighbor's side (I live in a town house). I later learned from my neighbor that they did have a water heater leak which was being fixed while Matt was investigating my side, so Matt was right on the money.

Both techs know their stuff and I will definitely be calling Cool Breeze again for anything AC or plumbing related.

This is my second HVAC system I've had installed by Cool Breeze in the past two years...hopefully I am finished for now. First of all, they do a great job and have never tried to sell me what I don't need. They are easy to work with, with a simple process and super nice people. Other companies were pushing overblown systems at twice the price. If my water heater breaks down next, I'll call them because they are fast, honest and just the kind of folks that you would want to work with...from the owner Ron, to the office team to the installers. Just what I wanted and no stress.

We hired Coolbreeze to install a mini split system in our house on Capitol Hill. It is a small house and the Coolbreeze team was easy to work with. They went above and beyond to get the system installed. We had gotten a few quotes and I'm SO happy we chose Coolbreeze. I highly recommend them!!

Great service from the Cool Breeze team! Our water-sourced heat pump needed replacement and we received a very reasonable quote for the work. We had no heat and really appreciated the efforts of Danielle and Mary to get us scheduled ASAP. Carlos and Joaquim did a fantastic job with the install in our very tight mechanical closet. They took great care to ensure that they moved the old unit out and the new unit in without any damage and they did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. Our shiny new Climate Master unit is working great and we are comfortable in our condo again. Would highly recommend Cool Breeze for your HVAC needs.

This company is exceptional. They have achieved the perfect mix of technical know how and integrity, and when you find that you celebrate! They did a great job with my HVAC install and I got to see how they respond when something goes wrong because there was a manufacturer defect in one of the parts. Rather than pass the buck or make excuses, they brought in a tech from the manufacturer and oversaw the entire process required to swap out the defective equipment. My impression of Cool Breeze is it's staffed by really smart people who still care a lot about doing right by others. Don't hesitate to call them.

Cool Breeze installed my HVAC unit years ago and has done periodic maintenance on it. They have always been courteous, professional, crisp and knowledgeable. Their service has also been quick. I recently had a blower motor replaced on the unit and Victor diagnosed the problem immediately, provided a quote and replaced the motor all in a matter of a couple days. In a world with sloppy client management, Cool Breeze was joy to work with and much appreciated by me!

Walter was personable and professional! He did a great job cleaning out our mini-split, the gunk was causing a water leak. It has been 2 days later and all seems to be working smoothly. Fingers crossed! Not the cheapest process.

Cool Breeze completely exceeded my expectations. The guys arrived right on time, were friendly, all smiles, even offered to take off their shoes when they saw I was a "no shoes" household. (I did not make them take off their shoes, lol). They fixed my issue quickly and explained what they did. They also recommended that I NOT fix a separate item that I asked about. They assessed it was working well enough and recommended that I just leave it alone. Would have been very easy to convince me to add on a costly repair but they were super honest. Very reasonable fee. This is now my go-to plumbing company. Highly recommend!

Tech arrived on time to service heat and AC. He was polite, quick and had some good advice about keeping the maintenance between visits. The price was reasonable, and he didn't try to sell me an unnecessary replacement filter since mine was in great shape. Very pleased. I've already referred them to other folks.

Victor was kind, courteous, professional and informative. He did excellent work and was punctual with the appointment time.

Replaced our unit with them. Everyone has been very professional and quick with service. Had an issue with the unit we replaced and they came out quickly to get it looked at and they’re going to be replacing it due to a manufacturer issue with the unit. I’m glad I used Cool Breeze and I’ll be using them again in the future for my HVAC needs.

Jimmy, nice guy, poor assessment. Told me there a problem with my breaker box. Turns out, he wasn't even on the right circuit. Good news was I didn't have to give Cool Breeze $10,000 for a new unit and furnance. Luckily, I was able to spend that money some where else. 1 star for spending $89 to learn Jimmy/Cool Breeze was not a good fit for me.

We were previously helped by another big name company who told me my AC is beyond repair and quoted me over $9K for replacement. We reached out to Ron at Cool Breeze for a second quote. Ron and his staff were super helpful. They identified the problem right away and told me I can get the system fixed by replacing a leaking part which only costs $365. Cool Breeze saved me $9K!!!! I couldn’t have been happier with Cool Breeze’s service. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Danielle who often answers the phone is great! I have two elderly grandparents and Chris Musso came out yesterday evening after 5pm to fix the broken AC in this heat. He was amazing -he figured out the problem fast and fixed it. He was very professional and efficient and called to let us timely know he was on his way. I have used Cool Breeze a few times-they are honest, reasonably priced and provide great customer service and don't try to oversell you. Ask for Chris Musso because he is amazing and knows what he is doing!
