B&B is one of the most on-time contractors I've ever had. I appreciate the pre-visit call from Joe telling me the team was a half hour away. Jason, Junior and Alex were here today. They put protective shoe covers on. They knew the systems. They were quiet, efficient and pleasant. They answered my questions. I have confidence in my heating and air system because of their professionalism. Thanks to Junior for the great handwriting. I can read all the things you did to my system very well.

They did a great job inspecting my HVAC. Replaced a 10uF capacitor . Good value. Yuri and Luis did fantastic .

The B&B technicians Alex and Toussaint cleaned my air ducts and installed an air purifier today. They both worked hard and did an excellent job. I very thankful for their professionalism and diligence in the perform of this job.

Toussaint Rodgers came to fix my heat this Saturday night, less than 3 hours after it broke. He did a wonderful job and was very courteous. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I just had my spring hvac tune-up conducted by Jason from B&B. Jason was extremely courteous and efficient. He explained what the service entailed and pointed out which of several small issues identified required immediate attention or could be addressed at a later time. I appreciated his candor.

Nestor did a spring checkup of the AC and blower units at my home on April 19. He did a great job. He identified maintenance issues that needed to be done now and possible future issues. I had him take care of everything that needed to be done now. All is good, thanks.

Unfortunately, we woke up freezing on a Sunday morning because our heater had stopped working. Toussaint from B & B was very responsive and fit us in his schedule right away even though it was a Sunday morning right before Christmas. Toussaint was friendly, professional, and helpful! Toussaint restored our heat and talked us through his recommendations. We are thankful that we have heat for our family, especially during Christmas! Thank you, Toussaint and B & B!

The B&B technician, Jason was very thorough in his preventative maintenance check-up of my furnace. After completing his check-up inspection, he explained what he did and stated the furnace was still in good shape. He also provided some preventative maintenance tips that we a good idea to consider.

I've been a customer of B&B for over 10 years. I've also been a service contract holder for most of that time. Last week, B&B performed an inspection of my heating system as part of the service contract. The technician came prepared within the time window and completed the inspection within about 30 minutes. We had a pleasant conversation and I got some helpful information on air filters to use for the system. Technicians are always knowledgeable and polite.

I'm very pleased with the service B&B has provided. They've been a trusted service provider for our HVAC needs and have earned my repeat business.

Nestor from the Gaithersburg office was excellent and my favorite technician!!! He is professional, delightfully kind and courteous, and knowledgeable about the equipment and service. He explained everything that was worked on in the a/c system, showing before and after service work. I know the system and the mechanics of its functionality, as well as how to run it more efficiently. B&B has been the best company and experience for any service provided on my home. I give the highest recommendation to the company and their outstanding employees!!

Second edit to post: Harold, vice president of operations, called me to personally see what could be done about my AC issues. He offered me a yearly maintenance agreement and has been working with me on a daily basis to fix my AC unit. That’s great business. I’ll be sticking with these guys.

EDIT to post: Had to reduce stars as Ivan, our first repair man, did great but did not fix all our problem. The company was courteous to not charge for the second repair man to come out and diagnose the problem (a charge of $120) since it was an unresolved issue, but the second repair man charged a good amount of $300+ for materials and labor; which was even more than the first time. So overall, we spent more than $500 to repair our problems over the span of two visits, worked with two totally different in their customer service attitude repair man (from night to day). We could have bought the yearly maintenance with that amount of money we spent the first time around. So we are a little stunned by the lack of customer service of the second repair man. Which makes this company rating for us go down. A truly professional company would take better care of their returning customers.

Previous post: Ivan came in 20 minutes on a Friday evening and fixed our air conditioning unit in record time. He was very professional and informative.

The B&B Air Conditioning and Heating Service was incredible! I called and they had a technician out immediately! The tech was named Junior and he was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable of our type of system and he discovered the problem with our unit almost immediately. He did all kinds of tests and was able to assess exactly what was needed to be done to fix or replace the system. Junior made sure to give me all of the options possible and he provided pricing quickly so we could decide what to do! The price for the diagnostic was very reasonable and I couldn't believe I got such great service... Especially on a Friday late afternoon!!!! Call them and ask for Junior!!!

I love B&B. They just replaced my AC AND furnace. Done perfectly in 2 days. It was a fair price as well. Kudos to Junior, Alex, and Henry.
I recommend having a service agreement ongoing as it gets to the front of the line and maintains your equipment without you having on your mind.

Junior #23 came to our home to fix our heater. He found our heater works well. But the Blue Easy Reader Thermostat did not work properly. Then, he set up the program as we wanted for Monday through Sunday on the day time and night time. He is so professional , patient and nice. It is a great service provided by Junior.

B&B is fantastic. They are super on top of reaching out to me to schedule biannual inspections for my service contract with them. Everyone they send to my home is very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always send out the same person, Elmer, for my inspections. I really appreciate the consistency since he's familiar with my system and it's nice to see a familiar face! I just had a couple technicians out today, Junior and Toussaint, to install a whole-home humidifier, and they were also amazing. I've only had exceptional experiences with employees from B&B, both technicians and the folks on the phone. I'd highly recommend B&B to anyone for any HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed.

Jason, Henry and Nelson worked tirelessly to fix a difficult clog in my dryer vent, left by a previous worker. After a day and a half, and having to cut into my drywall to access the dryer vent, they resolved the issue, patched the wall, and now my dryer works perfectly again! Thank you to B&B for sending out these 3 hard working young men! Job well done!!

The most honest and thorough HVAC company I've ever had work on my system. The technician (Nestor) was early, respectful of my home, and answered any questions I had. Extremely knowledgeable and broke everything down so I knew what I was paying for. I can't recommend this company enough. If you want a company that invests in their staff and customers and not commercial jingles I would give B&B a call.

I am truly happy with all the services that I have received from B&B. Recently I had a whole system replacement and the installation went like a charm. Both inside and outside systems were replaced. Prior to that they serviced my old system and tried their best to keep it going and they did for 28 years. The technicians were respectful, and knowledgeable. The techs that did my work were Junior, Jason, Alex and Henry. They were respectful of my property and did all the work in a professional manner. After the new system installation, the ducts and vents were cleaned. Henry and Luis did the job and even took before and after pictures for me. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that needs HVAC maintenance or replacement. They are the best!

I want to thank the entire team, Jason P, Henry H, Yuri L., and Elmer R, at B&B for their outstanding work in replacing my heater unit. They were knowledgeable, professional and took time to make sure that everything was perfect. Price is secondary to having the team do the top quality work they do. I am a difficult customer with high standards and they exceeded my expectations.
