We’ve used Cool Breeze for at lesst 15 year. Service is great. They go out of their way to accommodate. Technicians are reliable nice buys. One of the best heating and a/c folks on the market.

My husband and I have used Cool Breeze a few times over the past several years to help us with our heating/cooling/HVAC. They always respond very promptly and perform great work. They’ve consistently given us short and long term solutions to our problems. Walter most recently repaired our heat and he was wonderful. Their pricing seems comparable to other companies in the area. Will definitely continue to use them as needed.

Rene from Cool Breeze Plumbing, Heating & A/C was great for the maintenance I needed on my two HVAC systems. He was through and helped me understand the 20+ year old system that come with my house. I’ve used two different companies before to do maintenance and Cool Breeze has been the best so far. There was no upselling, talk about upgrades, and they did more than the previous companies. Poor Service, Lack of Transparency, and Unethical Behavior

I recently hired a technician named Chris from this company to repair my malfunctioning air conditioning unit. He came, performed the work, and charged me an amount $834. When I asked for an invoice, he assured me it would be emailed—but it never was.

The next day, I discovered that my AC was still not working. I called and spoke with a woman named Daniel, who transferred me to the owner, Ron. I explained the situation, including the fact that I had not received an invoice. Ron told me that Chris was out for a few days and that I would have to wait until next week—essentially telling me to tolerate the heat in the meantime.

When I expressed that I felt I had been ripped off, Ron became extremely rude and condescending. He deflected all responsibility, refused to issue any sort of refund or resolution, and continued to speak in an unprofessional and aggressive tone and he hung up on me.

At no point was I consulted or asked whether I agreed to spend such a large sum on the AC. Chris came, did the work without proper authorization, and left me with a massive unexpected bill.

Today, after multiple attempts to contact them through their website, I finally received the invoice. As I suspected, the charges were unjustified, and I now firmly believe I was scammed.

I plan to pursue legal action. My goal is not only to seek justice for myself but to prevent others from being taken advantage of in the same way.

We have used the services of Cool Breeze for many years. They are always dependable and their services are excellent. The charges are reasonable too. They also replaced one of our builder-installed AC units that broke down long before its warranty period ended.

A/C went out on Friday, called Cool Breeze that Sunday. They scheduled a technician to come out that Monday. Technician called before coming and gave me a twenty minute ETA. Technician arrived on scheduled time and got to work diagnosing the problem. The technician then explained to me what the problem was and proceeded to fix it. This was the third time using Cool Breeze in the fifteen years i been in my house. Would just like to say Cool Breeze is reliable, professional, and honest I would recommend Cool Breeze highly to anyone looking for Heating and Plumbing service etc.

I've used Cool Breeze for several years now. They advised me after my old unit failed and I purchased a new unit based on their recommendation. Recently my AC Compressor went out. They sent a tech out who quickly evaluated the problem and promptly solved it. He was very, very thorough. He also pointed out some tips on other areas of the system. He did a temp check on the vents after it was running again and hosed the outside unit down to get rid of the leaves and dirt. This guy was all over it. Very professional.

Technician was on-time to do maintenance. He suggested a replacement of the thermo coupler to ensure consistent firing of my boiler. Will use again.

Cool breeze provided the best AC check up I've had in a long time. Rene, The technician walked me through everything he was checking giving advice along the way. He showed me how the one part that needed replacing improved with the new part. On top of this there rates are very reasonable. I'm so happy to have switched to cool breeze for my continued heating and air conditioning needs.

Really had a great experience with Cool-Breeze after my 19 yo AC failed. The owner Ron came out and we discussed the options and I was able to get new sophisticated heat pump and furnace for way less than I thought due to a Pepco incentive program. Since we were without AC during a really hot period, they found us a slot in less than a week. The installers came early and completed a big job by 7:30 that night and cleaned up after themselves completely. We are super happy with the new system and Cool-Breeze’s performance

We had an outstanding experience with Cool Breeze HVAC. Our air conditioner broke down at the end of July during a brutal heatwave, with temperatures hitting nearly 100 degrees every day. Despite the busy season, the owner himself came out on a Saturday to inspect our system.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know that we needed a new unit. Even though their schedule was completely backed up, he made it a priority to get us in quickly. He also saved us a lot of money by helping us take advantage of tax credits and rebates we weren’t even aware of.

Their quote was extremely competitive, and the installation crew was professional, courteous, and hardworking. They had to work in our attic on a scorching hot day, and I really felt for them, but they did an amazing job without complaint.

Cool Breeze installed a Daikin HVAC system in my home. The owner, Ron, the lead installer, Carlos, and the office staff, Mary and Lisa, were knowledgeable and competent. Initially Ron gave me a ton of information and then immediately returned my calls later to answer the many questions I had. The crew worked hard in cramped space (attic) and I felt it was installed correctly because I trusted Carlos knew what he was doing. This company inspired that trust because they are a well-run business with years of experience. I highly recommend Cool Breeze.

Matt arrived on time and provided excellent service. He was able to identify the location of our small clog and clear it. He also suggested some other maintenance thoughts and ideas which my family appreciated. We will use Cool Breeze again with our plumbing issues.

Excellent work, reasonable prices, great customer service - I'm super happy. I called Cool Breeze because the new AC system we bought two years ago stopped working over the weekend and the company that installed it just told us they don't service our area anymore. Chris, the technician, did a great job as did Lisa who took my initial call. Chris showed up as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem (loose wiring that blew a fuse in the disconnect switch), and he got our system running again right then. He replaced the blown fuses, cleaned the condenser, and showed me some easy annual maintenance things I could do myself to help the system run more efficiently. Chris was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Cool Breeze and they're lucky to have employees like Lisa & Chris. I'm glad I called them and I highly recommend them.
