I would recommend Hydro-Serv to anyone who wants their ducts cleaned the right way. They are certified and they want to earn your business. Communication, scheduling, and pricing were all great. They respect your home and leave it as clean as they found it. Skip even had to coordinate the job with an HVAC company, and they worked together seamlessly. I was very happy with their work and the results.

Skip & TJ did an amazing job cleaning out our air ducts! While cleaning, Skip even noticed that one of the supply ducts was not connected to the unit itself. He made the connection and we really feel a difference in the room it was supplying. If he hadn’t noticed, we would have had no idea and kept living as we normally would with no air going to that room. Was very friendly and kind and will definitely be using him again the next time we need cleaning!

We have used Hydro-Serv several times over the past 10 years. They have cleaned the ducts in our rental, our home and my Dad's house. There is nothing worse than waiting on a tech to show up and they run late. Skip has always been on time and worked diligently and efficiently.

Skip came to our house yesterday for an estimate and he was very professional and thorough and walked me through some options we had for servicing our ductwork, not all of which included work for Hydro-Serv. It is so great to find such honest professionals! (Especially as I understand in the ductwork cleaning business). I just wish we had started working with Hydro-Serv a while ago.

From the moment Skip and his team arrived at my house, I could tell they were true professionals.
They performed many diagnostics, and an air leakage duct test and ensured that all the supply side vents were up to code and properly installed with proper insulation.

We had a great experience with Hydro-Serv. Clear communication from the beginning through the job completion. They took extra care of my house to ensure they did everything possible to leave my house in great shape, laying down tarps, wearing booties, and were gentle around all of my furniture. They were a hard working crew and I was impressed by their professionalism across the board. They got in, did their job, and left. And, they followed up with videos of my vent job (partial video attached) and wow. They go beyond the using only the rotary tool to be sure capture all remaining debris. Tom and his team were fantastic. They did an outstanding job repairing my ductwork, sealing my system and insulating everything. The company that had installed the equipment before I bought my house did a shotty job on it all. I called Hydro-Serve on Monday, Tom came out that day to inspect everything, and he had a quote to me later that afternoon. I got on the schedule quickly, and in 4 hours I felt like I had an entirely new system installed! VERY knowledgeable, very friendly, and most importantly: HONEST! It’s so hard to find a company that isn’t out to sell you extra or give you what you don’t need. Tom was a life saver for me. Most certainly an efficiency saver😊. This company will forever be my go-to from now on. I’d give 10 stars if I could! See before and after photos.

Tom and his team did a much needed job of cleaning our ducts. It may have been the first time since the house was built 30 years ago! Our English Springer Spaniel has loads of fur and dander to spread around!!

They were kind, professional, and patient. We will keep this on our schedule every few years so we can breathe fresh air! We highly recommend them!

Said they were coming on Thursday. When I called because they didn't show up, they insisted they said Saturday. I didn't call back when they didn't show on Saturday. Someone came without calling ahead on Monday!?
