Great service from David at Wilcox Electric. I'd had a couple of hardwired smoke/CO2 alarms malfunction several times (not at all fun at 3 am!) and Wilcox did a super job replacing and testing 6 new ones. David was on time, friendly, professional, as well as very helpful with advice about a heated floor project I'm considering. Would definitely use Wilcox again.

We contacted Wilcox to have ceiling fans installed in our home. Someone came out and did an estimate, and then Dimas and Axel returned and did outstanding work. They finished under the time estimate, which meant our project cost less than expected, too! The only small snafu was a misunderstanding of when Dimas and Axel would arrive, but once we got past that, they worked quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely work with Wilcox again.

Wilcox is a thoroughly professional service provider.The office was quite responsive and it was easy to schedule an appointment.We were fully advised of all applicable rates during our first conversation and this was confirmed via email.We we're not sure how difficult our electrical issue might be. Dave arrived right on schedule and quickly diagnosed that all we needed was a new switch which he had in stock in his truck. The replacement went smoothly and before he departed he checked with us to make sure that he had addressed our problem and that there were no other issues that required his expertise. We will Wilcox for our future electrical needs.

He was timely, communicative, asked helpful questions, protected our furniture and floors from dust, and delivered exactly what we needed. Great experience from start to finish. Had to get a new outlet installed in my laundry room and Wilcox made this confusing and unexpected project super easy to navigate. Tracy responded promptly and offered a custom diagnostic appointment and payment plan based on the work I was having done. The electrician, David, was prompt, very efficient, and friendly. Prices were very affordable and I got exactly what i needed with a lot less stress. I will absolutely use Wilcox again for anything else I need in the future and I recommend them to anyone else.

He was extremely helpful in fixing the issue with my breaker box and outlets. He explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I hired Wilcox Electric to rewire a 240v outlet for a clothes dryer. David Smith, and his assistant Michael were top notch! The work was done quickly, cleanly (with minimal drywall damage) and came in below the estimated amount. What more can a homeowner ask?

A couple of months ago I had Wilcox install a couple of new outlets, including for an induction stove, and water heater.

The electricians that came out, Nick and Nelson, were both excellent! They finished the job faster than expected and the cost came in under the estimate!

Dale (technician) went above the beyond, crawling under the counter to fix a dishwasher wire even though the job wasn't totally described correctly on this pre-visit report.
Also gave a free quote for a potential addition.
Recommend. Will use again when needed.

We recently had a couple outlets stop working after a circuit breaker tripped. We were able to make an appointment for the next weekday, even though it was a holiday, and Jake Burd came earlier than expected during the window they communicated. The initial estimate they gave was around 2 hours, and he was able to resolve the issue in under an hour, saving us money from being so efficient. We would highly recommend Wilcox Electric and look forward to use them again

Wilcox provided amazing work for my 1910 condo unit! Everybody on the team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely with the work that we wanted done. After getting quotes from 3 other companies they actually listened to our needs and gave us a reasonable quote. Steve and Michael replaced our old outdated panel and Dimas and Axel installed two new plugs and got our electrical up to code in our kitchen.
