They rewire me whole house and had a professional electrician come by explain everything that he was doing for me and he stayed late to handle what he started. They don’t leave you hanging.I would definitely used them again and again there the only one I used

The power in my kitchen and living room was out and I didn't know what to do, after calling around for an electrician I decided to use this company. They came in and my power was back on in no time. After calling around to check prices of different companies, this company was the lowest. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the services that they provided. I used Ligon Electric to fix my GFI outlets, install a track light in my kitchen, and install recessed lighting throughout the home. They were on time, worked fast, and even cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service. I was shocked that the owner harassed me when I told him I was getting a second opinion for the estimate he provided to me after sending someone. He was banking on my insurance claim and gave me a high estimate that would later be "negotiable." He also sent me invoices for fees we did not agree to because I was getting a second opinion. He never came to see what the issue was - just sent people to report back to him and was so happy to work with an insurance claim. I truly regret working with someone who would be so unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. Good luck using them if you decide to explore your options.

Very professional, very clean neat work. I had this project quoted by a few different companies, but I received the best quote from them. That didn't mean though that I would receive lower quality work. Our family is very happy with their work and professionalism. Definitely changed the look of our house. They were on time and very efficient, and the clean up job was very thorough. Highly recommend. Will have them back over soon!

I’ve used this company several times over the last few years for various projects to include electrical outlet issues and even an issue I had with my AC unit. Ligon Electric is a hidden gem! They're professional, punctual and reliable. I requested an early morning service call and they confirmed my appointment between 8:00am - 10:00am. The electrician arrived at 7:50am. The work was complete in about 2 hours. The price was reasonable to disconnect the hot tub wiring and install a new outlet. I highly recommend this company.

I called Ligon Electric because I had a dishwasher that would always lose power and I wanted to ensure that it wasn't a circuit breaker. I was bracing myself for the price tag for this to even be checked. They allowed me to bypass a visit by asking questions and looking at my panel visit face time call and I was able to rule out my panel as the reason. Turned out, my dishwasher needed a factory software update. I paid for that but didn't have to pay an electrician to come out to tell me nothing was wrong. Thats a huge deal to me and they didnt have to allow me that courtesy. Very knowledgeable and looking to help always.
