We had a big issue at home with partial loss of power and right in the cold weather. It turned out to be that our home electrical panel was old, deteriorated and with low power (amps) and we had to turned off our furnace/heating unit in order to power the rest of the house, literally. Then Richie Electric came to the rescue right on time. We got a new and more robust electrical panel, twice the power, with other extra perks, installed at home in a very reasonable time considering all the factors. Everything is now running smoothly. Richie Electric was very responsive, responsible, neat, and communicative through the whole process, beginning through the very end. We just found our electrician! We definitely recommend Richie Electric’s business and will definitively use their services for future electrical projects at home.

Richie Electric was professional during the pre-estimate pricess and was able tk provide a well written accurate estimate virtually through exchange of pictures and text conversation. Communicated well and arrived on time to begin and finish the proposed work (update of circuit panel and wiring to install a level two EV charger).
Provided license and insurance information quickly and installed charger quickly and effectively. Also set up all arrangements fir pulling permits and getting the work to pass a county inspection. Would recommend and would hire again.

They didn't show up for my scheduled appointment or call me to let me know. After calling them, I was told they would come the next day. Again, they didn't show up or even bother to call.
