The technician came to me my house, he couldn't diagnose or fix the problem, and he charged me $ 60. When I asked why I was charged since he did not do nothing and he was there just for 5 minutes, he said you have to pay for the gas . $ 60 for Gas, very funny and a stupid way for ripping off customer. If you want to cheat customer I would recommend to be more creative. What a shame and I would never do business with this rip off company.

Sam was very responsive and communicated throughout the service, from when the service call was put in, to service completion. He went above and beyond to ensure the breaker panel was in good condition to address the issue with the tripped breaker. He also repaired one ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and installed a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and provided great recommendations. Super professional and knowledgeable.

Sam text me earlier today to verify the time. He came on time and took care of the problem in no time. He cleaned up and we talked about the cause and effect of the problem and he was paid and left. Great and excellent customer service. I would recommend him any time.

Beware Do not hire this electrical technician he has poor customer service communication little knowledgeable of this profession I was told that it was a loose or damaged wire connection in the wall that need to be re-wired.$$$ which was not the case the problem was a bad wall receptacle outlet in one of the adjacent bedroom that was causing only partial power in master bedroom this technician never check the wall outlets in other bedroom but he was ready to tear down a wall to look of a problem that did not exist in the wall or he only came to collect the $100 service fee

Beware Do not hire this electrical technician he has poor communication. customer service, do not answer call have very little knowledge of this electrical profession or he is looking for a cash cow. He was hired to diagnose the problem

This is the worst company to do business with. Sam is unprofessional and he doesn’t know how to speak to his customers.. He definitely needs customer service training.. I was so happy when he cancelled my appointment, because I definitely did not want him to service my appliance..

This guy is a rip off looking for a cash cows he is not a skilled professional, unprofessional, poor customer, and communication skills gets agitated when he is asked questions. He did not solve, find, or fix the problem he only guess what could be causing problem. He was hired by my home warranty and I paid $100 service fee and the problem still exists. I would not recommend
or hire this independent contractor

TLDR: Bsquare showed me horrible customer service, wasted my time, and showed no respect.

My appointment was scheduled over a week out on a Sunday, and I requested to reschedule at specific times. Bsquare said they would get back to me. Three days later, I had not heard back and texted to confirm my original appointment was still good. No response. On the morning of the appointment (only a few hours till the appointment time), I received an email that it was rescheduled to a time completely opposite of what I requested. When I reached out to find out more info and reschedule (again), they informed me they do not come to my area on weekends or the afternoon.

Instead of telling me the first appointment wouldn't work, they wasted a week of my time waiting. I could have possibly gotten the problem resolved by another company in that time. I also had to cancel weekend plans because they were unable to confirm/deny ability to reschedule. They never answer the phone, and required all communication to go through texts.

Sam was great! He came in with his tool bag and assessed the wiring. Tested the wiring and fixed the lights! Sam fixed 2 (3 way light) switches while being courteous, respectful and kind!! The man knows what he is doing!! A true electrician- professional!! I am keeping Bsquare Electric in mind for any future projects. Thank you Sam!!! :)

We had a unforseen electric issue resulting in our electrical providers cutting off our electricity until the problem was solved. The lovely people at gerson electricians came and provided a solution quickly , conveniently, and professionally. What impressed me most was their availability on such short notice to provide their excellent service. The job was excellent which was reaffirmed by us passing the inspection by the county. The best experience we've had with any electrician company. Gerson electricians had our electricity restored in our home before the day was over. This is a great example of superlative service!!

These guys are fantastic! Gave them a call on extremely short notice on a weekend and they were able to come out (within the hour), diagnose and repair the issue. Joshua (our electrician) even took the time to explain the issue and walk me through why it happened and the fix action.

This is exactly the type of service. I expect whether I’m paying $1 or $1000.

Gerson and his assistant showed up for me on fairly short notice. These folks are first rate! They showed up and put shoe covers on before even entering the door! Gerson asked good questions, evaluated the job and then worked to make it perfect. I was surprised at how diligent an conscientious he was! And his rates are VERY reasonable! Wish I could give 10 stars!
