These guys are the hardest working men in show business! I’ve had them do so many projects at my house they are basically family now. It started with them unwiring a hot tub. Then installing indoor and outdoor lights. Then troubleshooting an electrical problem with my porch light that others couldn’t figure out. They had to trace it to the remote corners of the attic where an improperly secured wire broke. The big one, though, was a complete upgrade of my electrical system (a heavy up) to accommodate a new range including running new 4-wire 240v 40amp wire. They figured a way to run the wire that didn’t require tearing up all the walls. They did the heavy up in a day in 28 degree weather. It works flawlessly. They even labeled the circuits with a label-maker! First time in my life I can actually tell what each breaker supports. Ha! What I really appreciate is their responsiveness, punctuality, efficiency, and the quality of their work. Best electricians I’ve worked with. Jon. R.

These guys were great. Called before they came and then came on time. They were under a time constraint (mine, not theirs) but all three went to work and got a lot done in the time they had. Very polite, knowledgeable and hard working.

Danny and his team are absolutely excellent. Very professional, hard working and polite, they exceeded my expectations. They basically rewired my entire house (built in 1914), as well as upgrading the heavy rigging to the grid and moved my panels out of the kitchen so my home is now in code. I would be happy to hire them for any electrical projects that came up anytime (although considering everything they did this time around, it’s unlikely I’ll need them again for quite a while!)

I hired Precise after buying a home that unknowingly needed a heavy up and rewiring. They were cheaper than my other quotes and didn't try and upsell me. Ariel and his team came over multiple times to get things right that I kept finding the previous owner screwed up. They were on time, quick, clean, and answered my many questions. Ariel also gave me his cell phone and always answered when called with questions. Definitely recommend.

Great experience working with Precise Building Services. They installed an ev home charger in my garage, and ran line from my home to garge which is not a simple thing todo. However, they were expedient, professional, priced well, and throughly explained the entire process. Ariel addressed all of our questions in a timely manner, and provided stellar consumer service. I highly recommend Precise Building Services, and rarely do I give a 5 star review, but in this case it's highly deserved.

We have had really good customer experiences with Precise Building Services. They installed a ChargePoint charging station over the summer. It was done really nicely at exactly the right configuration. We recently had a problem where the cord was pulled out accidentally. The technicians came back and fixed it for free even though they did not have to do that. The two electricians are excellent and had a lot of knowledge. I can't recommend this company more highly and we look forward to working with them on other electrical needs. -Richard

I had a technician come work on my house through choice home warranty and it was an unpleasant experience. The appointment was between the times at 7am and 11am on a friday. He then changed it the day before 11am to 1pm when the schedule was set two weeks in advance. I messaged him 12 PM the day of the appointment. I asked him if he is going to come today since I haven't heard from him and then he replied, "I will be there in seventeen minutes." When he arrived, he did not introduce himself he just walked in and wanted to go straight to the refrigerator to work. Then, told me after plugging the refrigerator in and looking at a panel he saw that it needs a new compensator and that I need to do further investigating with samsung for warranty before he can work. I then told him that I have already found out that the warranty is expired and that you need to call choice home warranty. He told me that's not how it works. I asked him if any work will get done today. If you can just call choice home warranty and he told me nothing will get done today. This all happened within five minutes. While I was asking him for the questions, he cut me off and said, let me finish explaining. This was a very unpleasant appointment.I have never experienced a person like this.I don't even know his name. I will never ask work from this team ever again.

Do not use this contractor. He’s the worst ever he’s very unprofessional, unresponsive, a liar, rude and dishonest. The worst experience I’ve ever had. He was assigned to us through our home warranty company. We needed our heater replaced. He was assigned to us the beginning of November, he was a no show to an appointment he made. He would not answer phone calls from us . He lied and said he had to order the part out of the country. We waited over a month for that part which he ended up coming back and saying that they did not have the part and he needed to replace with a new heating system. The whole ordeal lasted from Oct- Jan so we basIcally were without heat the whole winter season. We cancelled him and had another company do the work and it was completed in a week! Worst company ever!!!

Electrician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My Inverter for my Solar panels was not receiving power. After 45 minutes of diagnosis, the problem was found and corrected. The electrician took the time to explain to me what went wrong, and how to trouble shoot the problem myself if it should happen again!

I received excellent service from this company, very courteous and professional. Explained every detail so I would understand what was needed for my repair. Sam was truly a blessing in my electrical repair of a new exhaust fan.
