Underdogs Electric came out to perform an estimate for some electrical work in my basement. They were able to accommodate the estimate the day after I called. They were quick, knowledgeable, and professional while walking through the work to be done. Once we finished discussing everything, they drew up an estimate that was comprehensive and a great price. I will be using them in the future for this job and others! I would highly recommend them.

Finding the right electrician to install a new home generator is not an easy task. So many vendors out there are overcharging and underperforming and when they do eventually show up they’re full of excuses as to why they have to charge more. I could not have been more pleased and impressed with the thoroughly professional 3-man team from UnderDogs Electric, who came to my townhome this afternoon because I had a blown fuse which cut power to my master bedroom and guestroom. First, they worked very efficiently together to diagnose the source of the problem -- asking me all of the relevant questions that enabled them to accurately identify the issues involved. They then offered suggestions including different cost options for me regarding how I wanted to restore electrical power to my master bedroom. They helped an army veteran of 21 plus years, and I will always be grateful for the way this team respected me and my home. Without question, they earned my highest recommendation.

Outstanding team! Took our call at 4am and came to our house by 6:30am. Took the time to diagnose the problem caused by our new hvac installation. Walked us through every step of their process. It was truly a great customer experience. They will be our go to electricians for us!

Initial contact online was quick, and the initial visit was thorough with Danny and Juan answering all questions we had and making recommendations. They offer a very fair price for the electrical work proposed (rewiring a significant part of our home), we accepted.

They established a clear schedule/days of work and were able to complete most of the work in one day. They remained in contact throughout the work period (which technically is still open). They were very diligent and did very clean wiring work, citing their values and desire to grow and attract more customers in the area.

During the work at our home, they found concerning safety issues, pointed them out to us, and explained why they were safety issues. I gladly approved the additional costs to have them remedy the safety issues!

Now, they have been very generous in waiting for me to finish my part (putting up walls, etc), so they can complete our agreed upon contract (installing fixtures). I cannot emphasize enough how pleased my wife and I have been with their diligence and communication. They are a young team of... Underdogs (hehe) looking to continue to prove themselves.

The three young men (Juan, Brian and Danny)who came to repair my outdoor landscape lights were very professional. They listened to me, evaluated my problem,replaced my transformer and replaced the burned out bulbs.

UnderDogs Electric LLC sent 3 very professional and knowledgeable guys to my house to inspect and hang a very heavy chandelier; they made sure it was secured safely...They also took care of some other work in my home that I asked them to..... I will most definitely use them again as they were also all very courteous and had the upmost respect for property in my home while they worked.
