Ligon Electric seems to be able to do a bit of everything. We had a leak from our 2nd floor causing the damage to the floor/ceiling below it. They sent a plumber to fix the leak on the toilet, and a carpenter to repair the damaged drywall. They were quick, professional, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again for any home repair.

Gregory Eugene was my electrician and he was awesome. He was able to assess and fix my issue. He even found some additional problems and was able to fix them as well. I appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism.

We hired Ligon Electric to wire a new dedicated, high-power circuit and 240-volt plug for our induction oven (we previously had gas). They also did the patching/painting, and capped the gas. They were communicative, kind, and responsible. They were also timely and efficient. They installed the plug close to the floor so that the oven could be pushed all the way back (smart!), but when we had a minor issue at delivery they immediately came back to take care of it. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them!

Can't recommend Ligon Electric enough! We had them come to do a half dozen small projects in our rowhouse, from installing interior and exterior plugs, to replacing external fixtures. All those home improvement projects we just could not find the time to do. They came, did everything on the list in a day, and their work was impeccable! They worked incredibly hard to not put new holes in our older walls, thereby saving us from having to do any plaster repair work, and cleaned up/put everything back. Will absolutely hire them again.

I worked with Ligon Electric on a heavy up (that is, a service upgrade from 100 amps to 200 amps and associated electric panel replacement) for my D.C. rowhouse in March 2025. Out of the several bids I got, they quoted me the most reasonable price. Far more importantly, they did the job well and were responsive. The inspector who reviewed their work called it "beautiful." Will be my first call for electric work in the future.

Honesty and integrity stood out for me. They quoted me a fair price, but finished much sooner than expected and deducted $150.00 from my original quote. I will definitely hire them again. My master bathroom is next.

Excellent service, again, from Ligon Electric. We did a 200 alpha heavyup, and were thrilled that they were able to build a panel closet to hide the electric panel. We didn’t need a second contractor.

This was such a pleasant experience! We had an EV Charger installed along with dimmers on our light switches and the addition of a receptacle for the TV mount. Everything came out perfect! I was so impressed with the quality. You can’t even see where they cut into our drywall, the patch work and paint job workmanship was phenomenal.

We got four quotes for this project and Greg definitely earned our business with his honest consultative approach and fair price.
