Pricing was very high and they couldn’t verify the qualifications of service staff. No thanks.

Dealing with plumbers is almost universally difficult. At least these are professional and knowledgeable albeit pricey. I would rather pay more for good plumbers and for the job to be done right.

Excellent company, always makes it their business to do more than satisfy the client. Would recommend to anyone in the DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia area.

Wow! how could he be causing trouble for the others? How do they work another place back to check the pipe, not by people for their permission to open, they give the reason is the landlord and ask them to check every shop pipeline, it is very impolite.

dumped contaminants (grease/gray water) into waterway that leads to drinking water reservoir. SHAME!

Caught dumping waste into a manhole connected to drinking water system. This is a sign they cut corners all the time.

Being someone who doesn't enjoy having trades in the house, I found these guys superb, they turned up when they said they would. It wasn't a very big job I gave them, but nether the less they set about it in a very professional manner, the final bill (which was very keen)was exactly what they quoted. No fuss, no mess, just an excellent job. Will definitely use again.

Never used their services, but they certainly can’t drive and love to endanger small children on the road. Cut me off and almost caused a huge accident. Irresponsible in a work vehicle either an owner or employee, not sure. Would hate to know how they act when not representing a company.

Haven't used there services but from reading the comments there work must not live up to par like there driving skills yesterday I was nearly t-boned by truck #120 in odenton after there business hours I had My baby in the car your drivers need to be more careful and mindful of others on the road!

Very unhappy to be charged for the technician's commuter time to my location at the same rate that they charge for the actual work. It seems excessive to pay $140/hour before the person even shows up to do any work. I tried to communicate this to the company and they stated, had I been the first call of the day, I would not have been charged this. Doesn't the technician still have to drive to the first customer of the day's location? It felt like unfair business practices and I unfortunately will not be using their services in the future.

I’ve never used this company’s services. However, I’m here echoing similar complaints of extremely unsafe driving, specifically van #46. Tonight it was pouring rain on 495 but that didn’t stop this company van from relentless tailgating and making unsafe lane changes. Not sure what it will take for this company to do something about their horrible drivers.

I have not used the company. WUSA news is reporting that their employees poisoned the water supply by dumping a large amount of grease and water into a drain.
The incident polluted a nearby community pond and threatened local waterways that supply drinking water to hundreds of thousands of residents, according to investigators on the case.

If their service is as terrible as their driving then avoid at all costs. #114 likes to speed, tailgate dangerously close, and then cut people off after passing them. It’s a bad look for a company when their employees are endangering other folks on the road while operating company vehicles.

Their guys got caught dumping waste water into a storm drain, that leads to a feeder stream for the Triadelphia reservoir, which feeds drinking water to a solid chunk of Montgomery County. Wonder if this was the first time they did this, or just the first time they got caught? And what does JPG have to say about their employees behavior?

    #114 strikes again eh,
Most of the reviews seem to be about employee driving habits….
Which if they work as bad as I personally saw and others have also mentioned drive, then it’s terrible. Stop endangering people’s life. Tailgated me for a solid 2 miles and cut off 2 cars with no regards to speed or space.

Incredible, something tells me that if you acknowledged and actually did something about the drivers habits you’d have better google reviews
    That’s just my two cent…

    Stay away from this Company!!!!!!!
We had a guy name will Peterson from jpg come out and install a furnace for us, since our “New” furnace was installed it has not been working properly with temps below 21F some days, we have attempted to reach out to WILL who told us that he owned JPG, but have yet to be able to contact him! The last time that we spoke he promised that he would be back, which lead to us calling multiple times with no answer and when he finally did answer we received threats! We are not sure what to do in this instance so we figure we could leave a review, we are now down 6k and no heat, unfortunately we paid him in cash which is a big mistake. We see number of bad reviews so we are thinking this guy is doing this all over the dmv! Smh

This is the worst commercial plumbing company I’ve worked with in 8 years in business. I used them because they were highly recommended by my condo association. “Mis Assessment” of the problem aside, first time trying to fix it, debris and dirt were left on site. 1 week closure. 15k. Company “blamed” this on having to outsource the job. Round two to fix the same issue went fine, cost me another week of closure, and 30k… toilet was leaking the following weeks, called them, they sent someone, exact words of the tech “this is on us” spoke to a manager in August, Kenny, after I got a bill for the “this is on us” call, he said it was handled, sorry for the bill. Just got two bills for under $1000 for that call and another follow up after they’ve been paid 45k for the initial two jobs. No invoice in sept, oct, nov, Dec. told it was handled in aug. got an invoice in Jan… 6 months later… called immediately, spoke to amber in ARs, asked to speak to the manager on a 3 way call, got an email back “you owe this bill” called the manager, went to voicemail. I will pay it just to be done with this company.

I was driving on Route 28 when van 112 from this company started swerving across lanes, driving well below the speed limit, and cutting me off multiple times. When I pulled up next to the van, it was obvious why—the driver was texting, face buried in his phone, completely ignoring the road.

This isn’t just careless—it’s dangerous. It’s only a matter of time before this driver causes a serious accident and hurts someone.

What’s even more concerning is that this was a clearly marked company vehicle. If you’re going to put your logo on the side of a van, you’d expect your employees to represent your business responsibly. If the company isn’t enforcing safe driving habits, it raises real questions about how seriously they take their work and your safety when it comes to plumbing or mechanical services.

Ryan and the guys here are absolutely great! They go way above and beyond to help provide you with quality products at very competitive prices. I was in and out and loaded with a commercial series 50 gallon water heater in less than 10 minutes. That included purchasing it, not just picking it up. Just found them recently and will not hesitate to use them for all my plumbing needs. Forget the big box stores that are unorganized, have inferior products and never have anything in stock. Thanks guys!

Winsupply was really great at answering my questions and offering advice on my plumbing issue. I greatly appreciated it.
