Great customer service. I had a problem with Rheem water heater tank and they were able to work with the warranty. I had to get a claim through Reem and they were able to give me a new tank and after I installed it, I brought the old one.

This is by far the best supply shop in the DMV area. You can't compare any other supply house to the guys up there at WIN. This place if you need something in the mechanical trade those guys can find it quickly and at a great price.
The salesmans joe or chris take customer service to a whole new level.
And the counter man Bob is on top of it orders are aways ready and right.
unlike going to Ferguson's or granger that the contractor is just a number here the customer is definitely frist.
