QSP Plumbing performed my gas fitting inspection for the installation of a washer/dryer appliance. I requested this work because I was a little skeptical of the work that had been done by another company. I am an engineer myself with a different discipline but not completely ignorant of this kind of work. William from QSP caught all the things that I thought was wrong with the installation. I am definitely impressed. I will work with QSP again if I have another opportunity.

I hired QSP to replace my backup sump pump. The plumber came on time. The quality of his work was excellent. He tested everything to make sure it was working well. I was very pleased with his work.

QSP arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. They stayed in constant contact and fixed the problem quickly. The needed to remove toilet to make the repair and they did so without issue. They were honest about the problem and did not attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. Glad to know there are still honest and fair priced providers out there.

I had both of my outdoor garden spouts replaced. It was a good thing I did, because QSP Plumbing found a leak in one of the pipes that would have cost a lot of money for me to fix if I tried to water the yard on that side of the house. They did a thorough and great job.

I called them for a pipe leak. They were very prompt at first and came to look at the leak the same day. They sent an estimate for the repair (after paying a visit fee) and when I reached out again with a couple questions I did not hear back. I was very disappointed given all the positive reviews. Apparently there is only one person that can answer questions on estimates and they did not care enough about my business to give me a call back. In the end it worked out because I found a cheaper and more responsive plumber.

William is a super nice guy which is just the cherry on top of how quickly he was able to come out AND completed the work. I'm selling my house and he was able to meet my budget needs. Most importantly, he didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed unnecessary repairs.

I had originally requested service on my hose bibb. I ended up needing parts to be ordered. The same plumber, William, came out with the parts and fixed my issue (5/21/2022). I paid via Venmo on the spot, as I did the first time with the toilet.

Today (5/24/2022), I was called and emailed by Melissa, who claimed I never paid for the hose bibb work. I told her that I did in fact pay, and I saw on William's smartwatch that the payment went through. I am utterly mystified why no one would have checked with William before assuming I didn't pay my bill. I was told Venmo doesn't show in their system automatically. Why offer that form of payment then? Complete nonsense. I didn't even get an apology. I'm very happy with the service but not happy enough to pay double!

The service was excellent! I will be calling on QSP again.

I use a variety of plumbers for jobs all throughout Northern Virginia and DC, and QSP is one of my favorite. Kris is a pleasure to work with in the office, and William and his team promptly take care of my jobs out in the field without over-charging. I highly recommend their services!

William is very proffessional and honest. We discussed the problem and he explained what needed to be done completely. His crew came as scheduled. They worked fast and efficiently. I feel they did a good job and I would definitely recommend William to anyone who needed his services.

I have used QSP plumbing on a number of projects. They are very knowledgeable about many situation. William and his team are very neat and protective of your items around the work area, I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing project.

We used QSP for two different projects. They came recommended to us and provided better than fair pricing. On the first project the team trenched a drain for a new full bathroom in our unfinished basement. They also ran all the supply lines for sink, toilet, shower. They installed the fixtures too. There work was inspected and approved by the county. On our second project they moved supply lines and installed a freestanding tub (figured out how to move water lines and drain without having to break in through the ceiling below which was a big bonus).

I was towards the end of my bathroom remodel when I called QSP. I had another plumber relocate the hot/cold pipes from the floor to the wall for my new vanity. However he didn't measure the vanity opening correctly, the drain pipe wasn't high enough to fit.

I contacted QSP to fix the issue. Kris came out the very next day, moved the drain pipe, and extended and welded the copper hot/cold pipes (previous plumber used sharkbites and Kris didn't recommend them). He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also connected me with a drywall repair person. Overall I was very happy with the work and price.

I had need of some new plumbing in a kitchen renovation and a basement. William from QSP came out to quote the job. He was professional and courteous and the quote was a reasonable price. William and The team came out, did the entire job in less than two days and the work was high quality. Highly recommended.

I have worked with William Andrade on several projects, including my house. I am a design/build business owner with a quite acute need for achieving perfection.

First off William is a nice guy and the interaction started off really well. What I didn’t realize from the beginning is that he was not doing most of the work himself and was not on this job site very often. Some of the work was done well, that he was personally involved in. He was not on the job enough and this caused issues with some of the work not being completed correctly. His workers at the time did not have the same respect or cleanliness when working on our home. There were several issues with this company and the job was a rough in of 2 bathrooms and an additional rough in of a third floor bath, changing out old cast iron pipe sections in basement with clean outs. Also, kitchen line pipe replacement. Installation of shower/ bath fixtures (one that leaked that was installed by a worker and was fixed with silicone by William) Re Install of radiators in bathroom (one that was not done with much care by one of his workers. The concept was good but the outcome was not done with much care of the completed look) Install of water pump in basement (which was probably the best work - William present ) to increase water pressure to third floor. Which I showed them the diagram on how to do properly. Overall workmanship ok. Would not hire again. Glad to see that others are getting a better workmanship and service. Notice that none of the work done at my residence was pictured online.

I am more than happy with the service QSP Plumbing Services provided recently, our water heater suddenly broke, I called them to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. They came on time, they were very professionals from the beginning till the end, the team explained step by step the process of replacing the WH unit. We are very pleased how they manage the situation, we experience an excellent customer service before and after the visit. Very happy the team fallowed COVID-19 protocol 100% all the time during the visit. We are more than happy with the service and recommend QSP Plumbing 100%

My hot water heater needed to be replaced and I had called several plumbers. I got several estimates ranging from very high to low. QSP plumbing was one of the lowest estimates. I was reluctant at first to use them but after talking with Will, I decided to go with them. They were excellent. They were on time, installed the water heater, coordinated the WSSC inspection, and followed up after the inspection to make sure everything was alright. They came back the next day to fix a small item on the inspection report. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to all of my friends.

My experience with William was exceptional. His focus was resolving the issue not on the amount of money he could make. Loved his teaching/educating spirit... before he proceeded with resolving the issue William communicated the issue at hand.

I have used QSP for a Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms remodel and creation and I am very happy with the work done. They are true pros and respond quickly to inquiries. The work is very well done and they listen to your suggestions while giving you very professional advice without trying to gouge on pricing.
