Technician Ken was so helpful and showed us how to prevent having further plumbing problems. Also, flushable wipes are not flushable

They don't stand behind their work. They installed a $2,500 system in our home two years ago and wanted to charge us another $2,500 this year to replace the system (which they designed and installed) which failed.

Find someone else to meet your plumbing needs.

I called and confirmed and appointment over a week ago. The day of the appointment comes, I call, and I am nowhere on the schedule, and the earliest my already scheduled appointment could happen is another 10 days. This is unacceptable. I was referred from PC Godaire, but I am not ever contacting Acker & Sons again.
