I called C&C on the recommendation of an HVAC technician who I know. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman and asked for an estimate to replace an aging water heater. I sent them pictures and a description of my current water heater and they provided an on-line estimate. The estimate was fair and reasonable and there was no attempt to upsell more than I needed. All my questions were answered before any agreement was made.
On the day of the installation, Chris and Spiro arrived exactly on time with everything needed to complete the job. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of what needed to be done and wasted no time while completing the project. Before leaving they made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up their workspace and all my questions were answered. They did outstanding work for a fair price and did it with a great attitude and a smile. I actually enjoyed meeting and talking with them (not something I routinely say about people who have done work in the past). I would highly recommend C&C Plumbing and will surely use them in the future.

We've had Chris from C&C Plumbing in to dependably install a water heater last summer. We had that old pipe leak thing happening where it collapsed the ceiling in our garage. Chris promptly got it fixed & installed a more modern Main Switch that is easy to use when we need to turn all water "off". Recommended!

Chris is outstanding. I've hired Chris several times now at 2 different properties because he does quality work, takes pride in what he does, is a small business owner and is priced very fairly. In 2018 he came out on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend for an emergency hot water heater replacement and didn't charge an emergency fee like other plumbers wanted to do. He knows his plumbing trade, takes out a permit and the local gov't inspection takes < 5 mins because of the quality. I scheduled my hot water heater replacement back in July and it went smoothly in a small, 2nd floor utility room in a 1954 home. I later hired him for a main water shutoff valve replacement and also a hot water supply valve replacement in a bathroom vanity. He brings drop clothes and other supplies to ensure any mess is minimal. He's reliable, punctual and professional - and genuinely friendly. Scheduling with his wife (small family business and she runs the admin) is great.. she's super thorough, responsive (even off hours!) and a delight to work with. We even went to another property to check the hot water heater and he was truly honest and told me it didn't need replacement despite being 13 years old. If you hire Chris, you'll use him for all of your plumbing needs!

When I called with my issue I was immediately told I would need to order my own parts. I explained what I thought was happening(something with the lines) and was told again that it was a "cartridge" in a 3 year old faucet.
Today I paid another plumber to come look at the issue, and it was fixed within 30 minutes and had nothing to do with the cartridge, it was the supply lines. Chris refused to even look into the issue. While he did give me an estimate for another issue, I do feel rather ripped off given that the issue I wanted him to fix was not even looked in to and I was still charged $60.
I won't be using their services again.

Chris has been our plumber for 15 years. He has handled all of our plumbing needs from big jobs to small. He is trustworthy and an excellent plumber. When we have had had a few emergencies over the years, he drops everything and comes to help. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Professional, reassuring and attention to detail. We had several plumbing emergencies over the year but C&C always is ready to help us. After hours and weekend emergencies included. The best part is we feel such a sense of relief from working with C&C because we know the company actually cares about their customers.
