Super-friendly staffer at the counter listened to me awkwardly describe what I was looking for, went into the back and returned promptly with everything I needed to complete the repair at hand. And the prices seemed very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I was just in your in your sales department at the baltimore location and was extremely happy with my service. I need a plug that is next to impossible to find. Though I did not leave the store with a plug. The gentleman (CHRIS) that helped me spent atleast a half hour on the phone and cpu trying to locate plug for me. He was able to give multiple numbers to call to help locate this very rare plug. Thank you very much for your time CHRIS .oh and not to leave Paul out he jumped at the end of my vist and was very helpful and kind aswell
