I was told that I had a free HVAC inspection. I agreed to the inspection and asked for an estimate for a humidifier along with the inspection. I was put on the schedule from 1-5 appointment. I took time off from work the technician arrived after 3. The tech said he was there for the estimate only, and if I wanted an inspection, I would need to reschedule. I called Supreme they confirmed the appointment and there free inspection. They said they would contact the tech who was sitting in his truck in front of my house. The truck drove way and never returned. I called Supreme and left a message with answering AI service.

Yonas has been to our home to service our HVAC unit on more than one occasion. He’s always been very helpful and explains our maintenance needs. Very polite and knowledgeable. Yonas is a great asset to the company.
