He showed up around 2:30 am and finished up around 5 am. Emergencies always happens on the weekends. After calling 4 other service companies these guys dispatched a plumber. Thanks!

The technician (Keon) called before arrival. He identified the problem and wrote an estimate. He completed the work in a timely fashion and answered every question that I had. I would definitely use them again.

I would recommend Definitive Mechanical. My Plumber Keon is excellent at what he does. I encourage others to hire him if you need a thorough job done. He is efficient and pleasant.

my experience with definitive mechanical was very underwhelming my wife was charged $644 to change 2 shut off valves under our bathroom sink which should have cost no more than $200 you can buy the parts at any store for $30-$40 but because she didn't know she was taken advantage of I would not recommend them to anyone especially a female and to make matters worst the tech didn't close the main water valve completely causing a leak and they fail to acknowledge there mistake
