I’ve use this company on several occasions I’ve referred them to my family and friends. They are quite professional, great customer service. The technician was very detailed, explained what I needed to have done. I didn’t feel they were overcharging me . I am very pleased with their service.

I've worked with Definitive Plumbing & Heating for a number of years for plumbing related tasks and have always had a great experience. The jobs that I have had are never large in scale, but I appreciate that the representatives that I have worked with are always on time, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, I've never had an issue with the materials used for each of the jobs, and I've never had to call to address the same issue. To date, Definitive Plumbing & Heating has entirely rebuilt my toilet in my master bath, replaced the faucet in my kitchen with a higher end model, helped seal water lines to ensure no pests could get into the house and replaced the garbage disposal. I couldn't be happier with the results in each case. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using Definitive for the past 10 years and they are always professional, reliable, and prompt. Once again, I called them in a panic two days ago because we had a backup on our laundry room floor drain. Keon came late in the day, diagnosed the problem quickly, offered to fix the problem that night (9pm, which they would have finished around midnight) or to come back the next afternoon. We decided on the next afternoon and he called letting us know when he would arrive and then took care of the issue. In the interim, he reached out to WSCC on our behalf to see if they would install something to prevent the issue in the future. Our technicians are always VERY clear and detailed in the estimate of work and then follow through. I have recommended Definitive to numerous neighbors and friends-they are extremely trustworthy!

Professionalism: Right from the initial contact, Definitive Mechanical demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Their communication was prompt, clear, and courteous. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide detailed explanations of the services they offered. They were friendly and trustworthy: Not only were the technicians professional, but they were also friendly and approachable. They respected my home and ensured that everything was cleaned up after completing the job. Their genuine concern for customer satisfaction made me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.

Avoid this company. Gave my warranty company incomplete info so now the warranty company is refusing to cover my issue. Thanks for that. Most companies today try and work with their customers, not against them. Save yourself the aggregation that I have had to deal with and find another plumbing company.

I have been totally satisfying for the plumbing service provided days ago. I had been with my very positive feeling about the total process from very beginning to final completion. Keon , the technician in fulfill my order, demonstrated not only his professional and experiences when dealing with all aged problems occurred at his job site, but also his great attentions making me all happy for every steps he did. I do think it's amazing that I even didn't spend more than 5 minutes in my house cleaning job after Keon' work simply because he was well prepared to avoid any mess brought about. My gut has been telling me that the Definitive Technical can be definitely creditable in delivering what she promised to me and to customers all. Appreciate so much for this service.

After trying to get a reliable plumber for a few months to repair valves and faucet in my kitchen, I finally found the right company to do the job in Definitive Mechanical. These folks are phenomenal. I had a gas leak in an old water heater and they were able to install my new water heater the same day. I would highly recommend their service.

I want to thank Earl and his etire team, the fixed my hot water tank from leaking all over my basement, in record time, I was so afraid it would flood my entire basement, after abput thirty minutes talking to them, they was at my house . I highly recommend Hot Water Express to all my friends.

I cannot say enough good things about Earl. I called him about 10:00 at night. Sent him a video of my leak. He could tell what the issue was from that. He showed up at about 11:30 at night and was here until 2:30 in the morning. Had to shut off the water from outside the house then replaced pipe and faucet and saved my basement from flooding. I had called at least 5 different places before I finally found Earl. If you’re ever in a jam…..he’s the man to call!

Awesome company! We ran out of hot water, called around to various companies that could services us immediately for a reasonable amount. Hot Water Express was the only company who was able to respond expeditiously at a reasonable price. We definitely recommend Hot Water Express and they are our permanent go to company for all of our Electrical and plumbing needs.
