Constraction reviews in Laurel, Maryland

Danek did great, high quality work in my house. I had a drywall repair that included removing the previous drywall and even painting at the end and he did it all! Great work! 10/10

I contacted DAC construction company for an estimate for my basement renovation of four rooms and a bath. I hzd obtained two earlier estimates and decided that they were too expensive. I called Dan, the owner DAC Construction and we met for a consultation. He did an assessment of my basement and met with my wife and me two days later and discussed our renovation. He showed us samples of the material he would use. We selected the material we wanted and signed it contact. Dan advised us that he would obtain the necessary permits. We spent a couple of days going over the details and signed a contract. We made a few adjustments to the contract and Dan started working on our project. Dan kept us abreast of the work and he and his very respectful crew began the job. They encourage walkthroughs and inspection of the work.At the completion of the job, Dan did a walkthrough with our confident and he reported his complete satisfaction of the completed work. He used the best materials and at the finished project more than met our expectations. The floors looked great and the walls and lighted ceiling looked magnificent. We are quite satisfied with the entire project of a job well done. Now, we get the "WOW" and GREAT BASEMENT from our family and friends when they stop by. My wife and I are completely satisfied with DAN and his CREW.. We are so satisfied, we will use Dan to install railings on our front porch and do the necessary painting. I would sincerely recommend DAN, owner of DAC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for most renovztion. He stands behind his work. Louis and Gwen Holland.

DAC Construction worked on repairing and sealing/staining my deck. The president Danek is a very honest and humble man. His inspection and analysis of my deck was very honest and his estimate was very economical. The professionals completed their work in time and quality of work was as expected. I would surely use DAC Construction for any of my future home projects.

DAC construction did excellent work on several home projects ranging from installing a new full bathroom to remodeling our kitchen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work done by an honest and trustworthy contractor. Thank you!

Danny and his team completed a full bathroom renovation, including tub-to-shower conversion, for us. They chose high-end materials, and fixed minor structural problems to ensure that everything would be installed properly and beautifully. We are happy with the work and we are considering another major project with DAC.

Danek and his team did an incredible job on our back porch. We didn't have any idea what we wanted, besides "screening it in". Danek asked me to send his some examples of what we might like. From there, he developed a proposal and sent us a quote. Very fair for the quality, promptness, and profesionnalism of the job. We communicated throughout the process about material options and other details, so there were no surprises when the job was completed and we received our invoice. I am very happy with the work they did and know they will stand behind it. I plan to use DAC Construction Inc for other jobs moving forward!

I am very pleased with DAC Construction. The company did a fantastic job with my window sill replacement and subsequent paint job. Danny is very professional, thorough, detail-oriented and efficient. I recommend this company to anyone seeking carpentry, renovation or painting services.

I don't often write reviews but today I feel compelled to praise Mr. Pablo Lovo for the incredible job he and his associate did today to repair my kitchen sink. The sink had dislodged from the granite and sat nestled in a hole for nearly a month. I called several area companies but Pablo was the first to respond and treated my situation like an emergency. He came on a Saturday and spent more than three hours reattaching everything with great precision. He even took a video to show me step by step of how he restored everything. He went above and beyond to reseal areas just because I asked him to do so. Simply first-class service. I would hire him again immediately and I plan to do so. He did not know that I am Chair of the Board of the Prince George's Chamber but it makes me proud to know that businesses like Pablo's within our county provide first-rate service no matter who you are. Muchos gracias mi amigo and salute!

I've had the pleasure of working with Pablo and his team w/ LovoStone Design on two separate occasions, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their work. Their craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail that sets his work apart. Not only does he deliver outstanding results, but his customer service is exceptional as well - always responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with.

On my most recent project, he completed the entire job in just one day, which was both impressive and convenient.

I highly recommend LovoStone Design to anyone looking for a high-quality product and service!
