Constraction reviews in Laurel, Maryland

He was very professional and did an excellent job on our floors. He reinstalled LVP flooring that had to be removed due to water damage. I’m very satisfied with the job and will def be contacting them for future business.

I hired Elevation to do my theater screen and projector install. They added an electrical outlet to my ceiling, phished my hdmi, optical and audio cables through the walls. Mounted my projector unit, screen, repaired my drywall and painted my walls. Fast, clean and professional job!

Great work performed on my shop. They were very knowledgeable about the work and timely in completing it. INC Elevation is my new go to company for any home remodeling or construction, A+ work.

Sholey and the team at INC Elevation did a fantastic job mounting my TV in my office and living room. They didn't just mount the TV with wires hanging or covered up...they actually went into the drywall and created a dedicated outlet behind the TV in the wall. Very professional and speedy high quality work. I plan on also using them to build a custom closet space and any other renovation needs I have in the future!!

Very organized.

Great business

Excellent service

New job! Everyone was very professional!

Is good company to work for Is quality service

Dave is a great tech, friendly and responsible

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Gill seems to be a nice guy, but the work is not professional. They hung the drywall very poorly, wasted so much material, left all of the scrapes in the front yard although there was a dumpster in the driveway. Only finished a quarter of the job and demanded more money or he was going to put a lean on the house. Would never use again.

There’re many companies out there, but not like this one, they repair walls and paint our house also they did an inspection looking for mold and humidity, we had other estimates from different sources but we choose this one. they did a great job, recommended. Sales Guy Gill

We thought our roof was leaking but it turn out there is a nail who popped out and needed to be nailed back in and caulk. The team was on time and was very professional. I will recommends using them and we will call them again in the future.

I believe Tony and Gil are very professional snd understanding when it comes to helping the customer out especially with the insurance companies. I recommend them for any home improvement issues you may have! I am definitely using them again!

Monnot Construction made a major repair on my roof, replaced a roof sheet and attached new shingles, great job. We hired them from Thumbtack. Great workers and very organized company.

We used Monnot Construction to repaint all our house outside and inside, Gil was very polite and was listening to everything I said and wanted, this company meet our needs, we will use them in the future again. Thanks once again Monnot Construction.

Monnot Construction team, was the most razonable quote that we had from the rest of the contractors. They replace the pressure treated deck floor and railing for composite TREX deck flooring and PVC/ Vinyl railing. We love their work.

The service provided was beyond exceptional. Gil was available to answer any questions and the team was efficient. My family loved the results 😊

I needed my deck repaired. Gil gave me a reasonable quote. They started and finished in 3 days- the time frame he gave me with the quote.

I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them for future projects, as well

Monnot replaced a deteriorated from porch on a historic house and repainted entirely. More involved once the floor boards were pulled up but they did a great job building a new frame. The porch is safe now and looks very much as original. I definitely would recommend them and have so already.

It has been wonderful working working with Gil and his team. Great work and attention to detail. We had a wall and door installed in our basement and it looks amazing. Will definitely hire them again in the future. Highly recommend!
