I highly recommend a punctual and organized company that did a good job on my floor, I loved everything!!!

This was how the bathroom was before (pink) and that’s how it turn it in the next picture. Also they did a shower in the basement as well. Amazing job performed by them with a great Team. High recommend!!!!!

Ken and Ana were fabulous to work with! From start to finish they were phenomenal about communication and candid about what would look good and be practical and economical. Their attention to detail was amazing and I cannot say enough great things about how happy I am with the kitchen renovation. Also Ken was exactly on target with the timing! We had a fantastic experience and I’ve recommended them to all my friends!

I am so grateful to have found Elite Contracting for the job on my home, they remodeled my apartment kitchen just the way I envisioned it. Beautiful gray cabinets with laminate stone and waterproof laminate flooring, all electrical and plumbing needed new as well as all appliances installed. Impressive quality and very attentive service from the project manager and workers.

From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and truly dedicated to restoring our kitchen beyond our expectations. The garden department is great. There is a plentiful supply of popular plants and the staff is helpful and informative.

The workers were very helpful but the process was horrid, I had my floors measured,paid my 35 dollars but they treated the measurement information like it was top secret (must pick a product - like the measurements are going change depending on the brand of wood-annoying) , scared I was going to take the measurement elsewhere I guess. So I picked a product. Then I asked for multiple quotes to have options as to what I could afford to have completed..the staff helped to make that request happen but the process should not be so stressful in ..dealing with a remote person on the phone, that person had to be called back because they didn't send the quotes...it was long process and it ate up over two hour easily. Lastly they could not quote my steps within 72 hours (its Friday and they would like me to wait untim Monday or Tuesday). Its not the staffs fault that home depot set up with this annoying process. The staff is the only reason they get a 3 and not a neg 100. Great staff- horrible process improvement and process managment. They need onsite end to end professionals.: Addition weeks later -- they didn't even honor the floor measurement said Ihad to send in pictures etc because the person that measures my floors didn't provide enough information. This place needs new managment. I changed mu review from a 3 to a 1, I got ripped off and didn't get the information required to get my floors done. Very pissed.

DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND HAVE LEFT CURRENT CUSTOMERS WITH NO SUPPORT! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR TWO WEEKS AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND FILING LEGAL CHARGES. AGAIN DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY ARE LIARS.

Like I stated the first time you are LIARS. Do not work with this company they prey on people in low income areas to get them to sign up to do work then drop the ball on completing the work. I have attached two pictures from a sales rep (Aaron W.) from Lumeco. In the messages clear as day you can see where he told me false information about the PG country grant. I have more evidence if you want to keep trying me.
Also take all the legal action you want to against me. I will not be silenced.

Techs were informative and friendly. Based on the upgrades or energy saving measures needed, I either got at a discount or free. Very beneficial for homeowners of older homes.

The members of the company were always prompt, professional, with a positive attitude, and with a peaceful demeanor. Lumeco Energy's partners and vendors did good work, and all of their completed projects past all government and utility inspections.
I highly recommend this company.

The free HVAC, heating system, attic insulation cleaning and new insulation was worth signing up for the program.

I was very pleased with the excellent job that was done in my attic by Joel and his team from Lumeco.

So I cannot beat the help and savings Lumeco gave to me as a customer. I was struggling during this pandemic. Lumeco did everything they said they would do, and more. The receptionist Ms. Ebony, reps in the field, Mr. Workman, and the heat pump technicians are professional and Awesomeness #1!

I received an audit, attic insulation, air sealing, auto-air vent in the bathroom, heat pump and air handler, and the new electrical units for the heat pump. I swapped out my water heater to a new digital/hybrid with an overflow pan (my old unit heater was sitting on the floor rusting). Awesomeness #2!

The Upgrades are all Energy Star efficient and I received a Platinum Certificate of Completion from Pepco to use when I'm ready to sell my home. I just needed a little help and this program is Awesomeness #3!

Loved working with Lumeco Energy! Damola was super helpful and followed through on everything. He made it easy for me to get energy efficient upgrades to my home for a good price and even worked with PEPCO to get me the rebates they offer! The service I received by Jay & a trainee that was with him, was Excellent! Jay was very friendly & professional in everything he did from beginning to end. He looked at everything, documented only what was needed to be replaced or repaired & he explained things thoroughly to me. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because it wasn't fully explained to me about this not being through Delmarva Power. I thought this was a subcontractor that was coming out to replace all light bulbs to the LED unbreakable ones & replacing shower heads/faucet adopters etc. I was never given his company’s name or anything else about the company. If I find out this was a way to get me to change to another electric provider, then I will be really PISSED! 😡 so I hope that’s NOT the case! I will revoke my 4-5 ⭐️ review (because I explained to Jay about the bad experiences I’ve had with my 2-3 attempts to switch electric company’s.) Both times were a disaster because the new electric company seemed like they never sent a bill, even though, their portion shows up on DPL’s bill, but any money sent to DPL goes to all of their bill even if it leaves a creditt balance on that account and no money gets put towards the other CO’s bill. I’m sure it’s done on purpose. Thats my only issue right now is if I was changed over to another company & not made aware of it. Jay deserves a raise!!
