Received installation in my attic and a new ceiling fan. When the contractor left, I noticed one of my sprinkler noses poking from the ceiling. I called Lumeco and they came back to correct the issue. Shortly after they replaced my HVAC with a brand new Carrier System. I would recommend.

Lumeco energy did the installation to my home. The guys were professional and answered all my questions about sealing up the home. I could immediately tell a difference in the warmth in the home after they finish.

I had an energy assessment performed by Lumeco Energy. I was very pleased with the outcome. The rebate/grant I received was for insulation blown in my attic. There are many things you can receive, ex. a new door, HVAC system, water heater. It does not cost you NOTHING. Noooo there's no catch nor cost. All you need to do is call and see if you are a quality. This is not a scam, look up the company's website and make that call. Thank me later💫

They are professional, courteous, on-time, communicable, they walked me in every step of the process plus made sure everything was taken cared of from the sign up, installation all the way to inspection. Javier was very patient and explained everything he was doing and ways we could cut down on our electricity bill he also changed out every light bulb we had with LED bulbs to cut down on the bill further. Highly recommend him to anyone.

My name is Glen Sylvester . I was introduce to Lumeco.Energy by my neighbor. At first I thought the whole thing of how they do service in your home. what's is the catch to get you to spend money. The gentleman that did the test in your home to see what it's needed was quite professional and a very nice person. The service contractor that was used was quite knowledgeable and punctual getting the work done. After everything was done I was very glad that inspector came out to make sure everything was done properly. I am very happy and grateful that I met these people everything was free and it add the years on to my home. Last but not least everything they did was guaranteed and it came with a warranty. Very grateful and thank you very much.

I had reached out to Lumeco Energy in order to take advantage of the Home Performance with Energy Star program rebates that Pepco offers their customers. After my initial energy audit with Lumeco, they provided me with a scope of work for new insulation, a new heat pump, and a new water heater (all rebate eligible). The cost was very competitive and the workers who came for the install were quick, clean, and incredibly polite. I've felt a noticeable increase in my home's comfort level since the work was completed and I'm very happy with my results.

I had several jobs installed and completed through Lumeco Energy. The following services were done at no cost to me: attic insulation, fan exhaust, and a water heater. Lumeco completed attic insulation work at my house recently. The job itself was very thorough, and when communicating, they were very professional and friendly. Be prepared to never speak to someone on the phone—all communication is done via text message, even if you leave a message asking for someone to call you back. As far as the work and the professionalism, they were great. I’m only giving 4 stars because scheduling seems rather disorganized. On 2 occasions, I was told they would check their schedule for the following week and let me know when they were coming, and I had to follow up with them several days later to get an answer, with one time being after that following week had already come and gone without hearing back. Once it was scheduled, they canceled the next day, though I was told that was because someone had an emergency, and I can understand that things happen. But then when they rescheduled again, no one showed up for the rescheduled date; no one called, no one texted, no one emailed. 8 and a half hours after my missed appointment, and after leaving a voicemail asking someone to call me back, I heard from someone apologizing and rescheduling again…via text message, again. It almost felt like it’s against policy for them to ever pick up the phone and call, even when a phone call was probably warranted at that point. I would recommend this company for their quality of work and professionalism WHEN they communicate, but want to warn that scheduling and communication is a bit of a rollercoaster.

A few neighbors used Lumeco so when I saw the truck on my street I spoke with one of the employees who immediately put me in touch with his manager. I was fortunate to get an appointment the same day! They were so nice, explained the process and I’m very happy with all of the LED lightbulbs!

The company really worked with my schedule. They come on a day when I had no. AC! And due to my scheduled they was able to get me serviced within a few days. The tech was even so gracious to come on a Sunday! The next day a crew arrived on time and the work was done in less than 4 hours.

Lumeco Energy did an outstanding job updating my home's energy efficiency. Their weatherization process included upgrading my insulation and reducing air leakage by sealing. They also added new hoses, pipes and vent covers vastly improving my home's energy efficiency. Their expert was very knowledgeable, professional, and displayed outstanding customer service.
