Our church building uses Stratus for not only cleaning services but for porter (setup and take down of chairs and tables for various events). The team assigned to our site are wonderful in every way, very hard working, friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to take care of things that pop up. Their level of professionalism is top notch.

Our school has been using Stratus Building Solutions for years now and we are very satisfied with their cleaning services. They are like a one-stop shop for all our needs when it comes to daily and detailed cleanings, carpet cleaning, tile and laminant cleaning, etc. Their staff is very friendly and very easy to communicate and work with. They do a great job keeping our classes, bathrooms, and shared spaces student-ready every day.

We are so happy with the services provided by Stratus - particularly our cleaner, Egheosa. He is thorough, thoughtful, consistent, and considerate. Stratus follows up frequently and works quickly to address any concerns. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend enough you go with a different company. They were unable to complete the contract because our fascia board wasn’t the “standard 1x8” No where in the contract or description of the job said it had to fit within these limited parameters. l attempted to work with them if it was a small up charge because we needed 2x8s but they were unwilling stating they could not buy a 2x8. If you believe your job is remotely difficult, go with another company. This one will find excuses to not do the work.

- The owner replied to this response with details indicating they have serviced my residence. This unfortunately highlights the confusion with this company. This was an instillation for AUG 2025, I have never received a service from them and now will never. Please consider the same during your research of the company and wish anyone the best luck with any company besides Neds.

Reliable and affordable. Their scheduling is fluid so you have to get used to not having a specific date of service. But all the work they do is exterior so you don’t need to schedule your time to be home. They show up reliably, do quality work, leave notice the job was completed, advise on home maintenance issues they observed during their work which may need your attention, and offer the convenience of routine calendar scheduling (which is how home maintenance should be done). Good partners to have working with you. I’ve had them clean gutters and do exterior window washing. I rent, so not all home maintenance is my responsibility. I’ve recommended them to my landlord for the many other services they offer.

This was my first time working with Ned Stevens group. Scheduling was easy. I was offered a new customer discount. The crew that did the work were extremely professional and polite and did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with their services.

Engaged Ned's to clean gutters for a very large house. Was able to contact them after 6pm. Was taken care of by a friendly and very helpful person who promptly set up the work for the next morning.

I liked my service and it was timely. It was timely only because I paid them $100 to do so so I’m not sure how timely they are generally speaking. I feel $100 was a bit excessive but what do I know? No clue how good of a job they did because I can’t see in my gutter. The pushy nature of their sales and marketing team is gross. It teeters on harassment. They pushed more services on me than I even asked for when I booked the service. I had trouble getting him off the phone, he just kept offering services. I just wanted to book the appointment. I had the same problem when a representative called to ask about how the service was. She was so pushy I hung up. I receive countless marketing emails from them. I just got a second marketing call. I have blocked their phone number and marked them as spam. I would have considered them for other projects but lord only knows what would happen if I book a second service. No thanks Ned!

The Ned Stevens team provided great customer service from my initial request for service until job completion. On the day of installation, we were notified by Ned Steven's team that the installers would arrive in 30 mins. They did, and proceeded to replace a gutter, and repair a damaged roof shingle; all within 30 mins. I would use this company again as well as recommended them.

Ned’s did a nice job of replacing / installing 6” gutters on my 1971 Columbia single-family home. The cost to replace all gutters + downspouts was about $2k but then they discovered “rotten” wood that needed to be replaced and that cost an additional $800. All in all, not bad for the mental security it provides.

they did an amazing job cleaning my gutters. They also checked my buried downspout runoff. I like that they Provided their own hoses. They also did a great job when they were done cleaning things up. I was very pleased.

It was a very good experience. The three gutter installers were very professional and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. They arrived before the scheduled time and promptly disconnected old gutter, installed new one and took old gutter away. I will recommend your company to my family and friends. Thank you.

Micha did a great job cleaning my gutters with the leaf guard as it still collects sediment after years of weather. Both the workers were very nice and appeared experienced for the rooftop job.

Got a text they were on the way as they were pulling onto our house. We had not even scheduled a gutter cleaning for today. majority of the leaves have not yet fallen in our neighborhood!. This company has the worst communication and I would avoid at all costs.

Scheduler didn't provide enough details about how weather affects service. It led to a upset customer, misunderstanding and a 10% price discount.
