Horrible cleaning and customer service. I hired them to deep clean before moving in. They arrived half an hour late and spent half the time arguing and yelling at each other. When they finished cleaning, the oven was still black, the dishwasher wasn't touched and toilets weren't cleaned properly either. I gently asked them to please go over it. Maria started yelling and screaming that I was too picky. She wiped her finger on the oven to prove a point. Chunks of black easily came up. She still refused to take responsibility. Worst of all they broke my custom blinds and insisted they were already broken. They were not. I tried to resolve my issues directly with the the company but they won't return my calls. I do not recommend that anyone use this company.

I live in southern virginia and was in maryland visiting so I took a gamble and found them using a google search. I could not have made a better choice!!!! I actually had the pleasure of speaking with Luciana when I booked the deep clean. Her customer service is outstanding, she is super sweet and responded extremely quickly.
