Had a random, but small water leak from my upstairs bathroom — between my shower and toilet area and couldn’t figure out the cause. Called my home warranty folk and they sent United Air. Scheduling was smooth and easy, the tech (Nygel) arrived on time, he was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable! Within 10 minutes (maybe less than that!) he was able to find the issue (and show me) — pinhole water leak coming from behind my shower lever — then explained how this leak tends to happens, did the necessary repairs (on the opposite side of my shower, saving $$$ in tile work!), and finally returned my shower back to its functional use (all under an hour or so)! Couldn’t have asked for a better service and customer experience! Thanks again Nygel!! — Highly Recommend!

My technician was early, thorough and really knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself, diagnosed our first issue with the sump pump in 15 mins. The second issue, a leak that was really hard to find, it took him an hour but he would not give up until he found it. I would hire them again

Denis is professional and hardworking person. He just came to fix the thermostat but ended up fixing everything about the heating and cooling system. He is polite and respectful. I recommend him to everyone.

This service was contracted through my home warranty company for a plumbing issue. The plumber was prompt, polite, efficient and thorough. He ensured that the service was completed properly and thoroughly. I will say that I was contacted immediately after placing the request with the home warranty company, however, it did take a few days to get a technician out to fix the problem. It was a bit discouraging to have to continue to wait with an active leak under the kitchen sink, but overall the service was good. I can't speak on the price because my cost was based on my home warranty, however, I would recommend the company if you need service.

Great Company. They worked on our plumbing and found the leak. They finally were able to get the correct shark bite to fix the cold water after we cut open the bottom of the sink cabinets. It took a while to get the part, but they kept us updated throughout the process and even came 2 hours early than expected just in time for dinner. They have a team of people who can figure out your issue even if it takes a few visits.

Patrick, was beyond accommodating! Very consciences about his work! Cleaned work area. Clearly explained what was needed regard to plumbing.! Very pleasant! A+++

I had my water heater replaced in July, and it was a quick replacement and everything was installed shortly after the tech identified the issue. The young men did a great job, were very respectful and answered any questions I asked. I was concerned about the inspection, since there's a line item on the invoice that specifies that if it's not completed within a certain timeframe that you have to pay an additional fee - and that's not an expense I wanted to incur. Unfortunately, inspection took a long time to get scheduled, which wasn't my prior experience with inspections, so I had followed up a few times with no resolution. Luckily I was transferred to Chris Lomax and he was able to assure me that it was in process, and took on my concerns and drove them to closure. Although there were additional steps involved, Chris kept me updated and communicated all steps of the process. I appreciate that he went above and beyond to complete the inspection within a timely manner. I am so relieved to not have to worry about completing this action item, and appreciate his kind responses and perseverance.

Our septic pump stop working and United Air Temp did a great job replacing the system! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the sytem. He answered all if our questions. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received!

I had the pleasure of having technician Abisai service my home. I was dealing with a serious plumbing issue, and it was a mess. Earlier that day, a technician from another company lied and tried to take advantage of the situation. I’m so glad I decided to call someone else. United Air Temp sent Abisai, and he was quick, honest, and respectful. He didn’t take advantage of my frustration, didn't try to sell me anything. Abisai explained everything clearly, and, most importantly, fixed the problem. He even put things back in their place after he finished the job. I didn't have to ask. UAT should be proud to have him. Because of his service, I would absolutely use this company again.

He not only fixed the issue quickly, but also helped me choose a new, more durable garbage disposal that was a much better fit for my home. He was personable, professional, and genuinely friendly.
