Both of our heating and AC systems in our home failed and we needed both replaced. We sent a request out through another website and JDL responded very quickly. Rep came out the same day. Looked at our systems, gave us quotes which were slightly less than competitors. We decided to proceed, paid our down payment. They arrived the next day at around 8am and began to work. They were professional and pleasant. The entire process took about 8 hours. At the end of the day, they walked us through the project and explained our new thermostats. They were knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend. 10/10

This review is “Well Deserved”! We cannot say enough about JDL HVAC and Plumbing Services. Our Air Conditioning Unit completely stopped working several weeks ago on the hottest day. I called JDL HVAC and Plumbing Services and spoke with Amber. She was very pleasant, professional, caring and concerned. Amber was a breath of fresh air! Amber stated she would do everything she could to assist us with our HVAC situation and she did exactly that!
She kept the line of communication open from the beginning to the end. I was so impressed because our situation was “Urgent” and no matter how many times I called her she ALWAYS answered and if she was busy with other customers, she always returned my call “Promptly”! This speaks volumes as we all know excellent customer service is a rare commodity. Thank you, Amber!
Within a few days she had our installation scheduled. Chris and Frederick (Installers) called to inform my husband they were in route to our home. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and made sure my husband knew how the new unit worked in addition to answering all questions. Outstanding service and powerful new HVAC system!!! IRE was our technician and he is the best. Our old system stopped working in the freezing cold winter and Joe sent IRE out to fix within 20 minutes of my call! He fixed the system quickly and for a very responsible price. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed with him and asked him to replace the entire old system last week. He and his helpers did the work in one day!!! The system works great and quickly changes from heat to air conditioning in seconds. I highly recommend IRE and JDL HVAC services they are honest and do great work for an extremely responsible price!!!

The team did an excellent job. They replaced the HVAC ductwork in an older home. The system works much better now. Many thanks to Armando and his assistants. The scheduling person, Amber, was very competent and helpful.

Technician was finished after 15-20 minutes and the solution was to replace our entire unit for around 10k. Highly recommend Kouserg HVAC who came out and fixed our AC in this hot weather for less than 500! I literally saved thousands!

I discovered that my air conditioning was not working at 9 pm one night. I called JDL. They sent a technician the next day. He was not able to get there until after 9 pm. But he worked on the AC in the dark and got everything working well before he left. This was the second time that they fixed an HVAC problem the next day when I called after hours.

Ire came out first thing on a Sunday morning and diagnosed/fixed my HVAC. The entire process took a few hours. He was incredibly polite, professional, and a great representative for the company. They will continue to have my business.

My HVAC system died a few days before Christmas and JDL came and installed everything in a few hours on Christmas Eve. Very Fair pricing, quick turnaround time and, above all, they had excellent professionalism. Yusuff was amazing! Our AC stopped working right in the middle of a heat wave, and Amber went above and beyond to make sure we got a technician out the same day. Despite delays from a storm, Yusuff still showed up—at 10 PM, no less! He knew exactly what he was doing, worked quickly and efficiently, and had us up and running in no time. I found JD HVAC through Angie’s list after an unresponsive contractor from my home owners insurance company. With 30 min of submitting the request I received a prompt phone call. The next day I met Yousef who hit me with outstanding customer service from the time I opened the door. He explained everything, all options, and was completely honest about the difficulty in finding the part. He looked up the hvac warranty to see if it was still covered. Within one week they found the part. A different technician installed the part and it didn’t work. The company at no cost to ordered another from the manufacturer and came back and installed it in the rain. I was impressed with the dedication. Yousef followed with a visit to do additional work on my internal unit and again offered priceless advice on next steps. What I love is each time a professional left my home I received an emailed with very detailed notes and recommendations on each part that was serviced. JD HVAC will continue to get my business!

He took the time to explain the issues with my system in a way that was easy to understand and offered solutions that fit both my needs and budget. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was working perfectly with my HVAC unit before he left. He offered suggestions on other issues I was having that he seen even outside of my HVAC unit to help it run properly and even gave information and referred a professional that came highly recommended who could come out and check those other issues I was having this was a complete load off to have someone be genuinely concerned and take the time out to really solve the issue . They did a new installation of Furnace, Evap Coil and Air Conditioning System, the team are very knowledgeable about the HVAC System. Mr. Brown and the team are very patient, professional and did a very clean job.
