Thoroughly great service fixing our heater. I had the pleasure of finding this company on the hot day. I contacted them and jimmy was at my house the same day, within an hour! They were professional, kind, and attentive to my concerns. The technician stayed to make sure my issue was fixed and didn't try to up charged me for any additional service.

I can't recommend JV Mechanical highly enough! I wanted to replace my 20+ year old gas furnace/HVAC and hot water heater, and at the same time convert them to modern, energy efficient electric systems. Throughout the entire process, Jimmy provided exceptional service (at a reasonable price!) and I really appreciate how accessible he was. I'm thrilled with the Carrier Infinity Heat Pump and Rheem Gladiator Electric Hot Water Heater that he installed, which had absolutely no issues passing inspection, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I really wanted to be able to give a strong positive review of Jimmy and JV heating but unfortunately, I cannot. There were many issues, but the most significant was selling me and installing a system that was oversized for my house and which as a result never worked properly. Even his own mechanics who came to the house to try to fix the HVAC system told me that they installed the wrong size and that they never did the proper calculations. When I pushed to have it replaced with the right size, Jimmy stopped communicating altogether. When repairs were needed within a year of install, JV again refused to return emails and calls. I would unfortunately avoid this company and go with a more professional outfit.

The reviews were great so I decided to call. Jimmy came out the same day to give me an estimate. He checked the system and then gave me a very reasonable price. We scheduled the installation for Monday morning (3 days). Jimmy and the team were prompt and got right to work. The team was very professional and knowledgeable of the AC system that was installed. The team left the are neat and clean. This is a 5 star company!

Excellent company. Jimmy is a fantastic and knowledgeable business owner. He methodically explained exactly what my residence required, a 3 1/2 ton unit. His price was very reasonable. He and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time and were thorough indeed. Jimmy followed up with me at every step of the way, and he provided me the warranty material at the conclusion of the install. Also, Jimmy was referred to me by my realtor, and on very short notice, provided me an estimate, and did the work just two days later! You can’t beat that for convenience. I recommend his company very highly.

We had Jimmy and his crew come out to install a new furnace and AC at our house since ours was getting dated, and we wanted to upgrade to a more efficient furnace and add AC. jimmy came out quickly to talk about options, equipment types, and pricing on everything. We had an official quote within a couple days, and scheduled work shortly after. Install went very smoothly, and was done within the day. The great part; the newly installed furnace came with a bad control board. The integrity, and quality of a company really shows through when they face challenges (and this one had nothing to do with them) Jimmy called me to troubleshoot that night, and came out on a Saturday morning to look into it in person. They had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently, with no extra trouble on our part. One of the most pleasant experiences with a company I've had in a long time. I highly recommend these guys.
