Jimmy and his crew did a great job installing my hvac unit! They responded quickly when I was in need and they efficiently got the job done and cleaned up afterward. Jimmy was also responsive with a follow up issue that needed to be addressed with my humidifier. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing service! We came home from work to find our AC unit was not pumping cold air (during one of the hottest days of the year so far) and the temperature inside the house was close to 90 degrees. I called JV Heating and Air Services and they had a technician out to our house in 20 minutes! He diagnosed the problem right away, replaced the capacitor, and we had cold air again in less than 15 minutes. Extremely professional and very reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future!

I want to share my experience with JVMechanical Heating & Air Service for the recent installation of a gas furnace system, a coil, and a 3-ton condenser in my home. After comparing budgets with three different companies, JV Mechanical's was the best. About 4 years ago we installed our HVAC system with JV Mechanical, and since then it has been an excellent experience. We had an excellent experience with JV Mechanical. From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding. One of their technicians was always attentive and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire system installation process. He answered all our questions with professionalism and made sure we fully understood how everything worked.

He helped us register the warranty, showed us how to use the thermostat properly, and explained how to operate the system efficiently. His dedication and customer service truly impressed us.

When you think of traditional HVAC companies, you think scam and not honest people especially when they see the customers vulnerability! But this is not the case here!! My AC was down at my house and it was 90° outside. I called two companies and one company quoted me almost $3000 to repair without any proper explanation as to what was actually wrong. They just said they have the part in the truck and Can have us fixed within the hour. It was too high & like any consumer I told them I have someone else coming for an estimate next and I’ll call back. As I got my 2nd opinion from JV Heating , he came 1 hour later and explained what the problem actually was. For less than $600 I was back up and running and it’s been great since! I’ll even call them back to come and do maintenance on my unit! The honesty and integrity was impeccable & I highly recommend calling JV heating and air services next time there is an HVAC issue at your home! Thanks guys once again!

Jay was our guy to fix our a/c. He came on short notice on a Saturday. Even though he encountered a few issues. He didn't leave until he got the job done! Very personable and respectful. Thanks Jay for all your hard work!

Unfortunately we won't we using your services again. The part was put on backwards causing the system to break all the blades. When called for follow up, we were hung up on, then when we did get through, we were told that you would "try" to get us. You're poor follow up and customer service caused you to lose our business.

We had an A/C failure on a Sunday night and JDL managed to send out a great technician at 8pm! This allowed us to unfreeze the system so another tech could come by the following morning and properly diagnose the problem. They were then able to locate a discontinued blower and install it as soon as it was delivered to their office. All the Techs, and Office Staff, were extremely professional, responsive and friendly. It was a great experience for a bad situation.

I am happy to write this review about JDL HVAC Services LLC. From start to finish; Amber, who setup my initial appointment was very nice & professional. Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job. Special thanks to the entire team led by Armando; Jerel, Fernando, Michael, & Conrad. NOW, thanks to JDL HVAC, I FINALLY have a properly installed & functioning heating/air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this company!

I had my heat and air conditioner system replaced by JDL. My first conversation with Amber who worked in the office was impressive. She was courteous, pleasant and hospitable. We had a great experience with JDL installing our new HVAC system. Jose, Freddy, and Chris were professional and clearly explained the job expectations and installation procedure. I recommend this crew and plan to hire them for future HVAC and plumbing services.

I called JDL today when my AC stopped working after seeing their strong reviews. My technician Jose was great! I received a message when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked temperature outputs and determined the problems. He was very transparent about costs and made sure to check with me before doing additional work. They didn’t have a cost just to make a diagnostic which some other companies do.

Jose was also very courteous in covering his shoes each time he entered my home and answered all of my questions with patience. I hope I don’t have anymore HVAC issues this summer but if I do, I know who to call!

Contacted JDL for a furnace repair. The had a technician, Jose, out in less than 24 hours. He quickly fixed the issue and recommended a part replacement since the furnace was still under warranty. Jose returned a few days later when the part was delivered to complete the repair. He tested all the other components to ensure everything was working properly. Jose was very professional and courteous and did a great job explaining the issue and the work performed.

I bought a 3-story townhouse about 2.5 years ago and had never done any HVAC maintenance, or even changed a filter for that matter (terrible, I know). So it's no surprise that I was not getting cool air on the top floor of my home. I made an appointment with JDL HVAC Services based on the reviews I saw online, and let me tell you, the service exceeded my expectations.

My service technician Ire was amazing! Very thorough, professional, friendly, resourceful and knowledgeable. He even shared some of that knowledge with me. He explained that all my cooling problems could be resolved with regular maintenance. I was so happy to hear that nothing needed to be repaired or replaced. He let me watch while he performed different tasks. He explained what he was doing and how it would improve the life and the performance of my cooling system. By the time he was done with everything, the top floor was significantly cooler! I'm now set up on JDL HVACs annual maintenance plan so my system stays in good condition.

Ire resolved every issue and answered all my questions/concerns. I am more than satisfied with the service I received, from scheduling the appointment (and rescheduling for the next day due to thunderstorms), to the technician arriving on time, to the exceptional HVAC maintenance services I received. I highly recommend JDL HVAC Services and plan to use them for all my HVAC needs for as long as I own this home.

We had a new heat pump system installed recently. We were pleased with every step of the process. Armando came to view our situation and explain our options, and the costs associated with them: he was extremely knowledgeable and upfront. Amber managed all of the communications around the estimates and the contract: she was friendly, upbeat, and responsive. Ire and his colleague did the installation: they were careful to keep things clean, they were exact about the work, and Ire did a great job explaining the features of the machine and the work they did. It was confidence inspiring. I’m generally wary of contractors, and I found JDL very good to work with. Highly recommend.

I called JDL out for an estimate. I was not in a rush, but they were able to come within 6 hours of my call. Within 24 hours I got the estimates and the options for equipment and financing. I was able to schedule right away. On the day of installation for my AC/Heating, they were very punctual. Everyone was so polite, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of my home and property.

Everything was explained to me regarding the equipment, what was being done, why things were being done, and how it was different and an improvement to my 22 year old system. They made sure I understood everything that was happening.

JDL HVAC is Awesome!! My air conditioner had broken beyond repair, and I literally cannot stand heat, I just cannot. Everyone at JDL HVAC was so kind and they came out right away and scheduled my install of a new HVAC system and I couldn’t be more happier. They took away the old unit and installed the new one and left not one a piece of trash behind. I absolutely recommend them 100%
