Excellent experience with United Air Temp repair. Professional, courteous and most of all skilled in assessing, addressing and reconciling the problem thoroughly. The technician and supervisor responded to the appointment and both seem to really enjoy their job taking pride in their work. More-so I was given an appointment the very next day which made me very happy as my air had stopped operating during a heatwave!

I booked two different services for two locations. The first one was done professionally, system was cleaned and lasted approximately 40 minutes. The second was for my parents’ house. The technician literally spent less than 10 minutes only to check for the wires and make unit replacement recommendations and demanded payment. Nothing else was done. He even hang up on me when I said I’d talk with the company first before making any payment. Speaking with supervisor, Ahmad, I was told the job was done and both he and I don’t know the condition of the unit as it might not need any cleaning. But I do know the condition of my parents unit which hasn’t been serviced or cleaned in a while. After a back and forth I was told to expect a call to schedule for a cleaning. I’ve done business with this company before but this one didn’t sit well with me. I felt like all they cared about was just the money. Not happy at all. Just giving 2 stars because Ahmad said he will send another technician.

My a/c unit was leaking and United Air Temp was very responsive to my service request. The technician, Dennis, was thorough in checking the system and was able to fix the issue in a timely fashion. I was also able to discuss with Dennis the age of my unit (it is very dated) and the likelihood of it needing to be replaced without feeling like he was trying to scam/pressure me into getting a new system immediately. I have had that experience with other companies, so I appreciated the professional nature of Dennis and United Air Temp.

They do not care about anything but money. I was recently diagnosed with a severe concussion. Despite the memory loss,they still made me pay 399.99. I emailed them as I was told to do. Still have not heard back They took care of everything

Excellent customer service from home office to the direct work/service completed. Our service technician Craig is very knowledgeable, explained details and was totally interested in ensuring our home ac repair issue was resolved. I appreciate this level of professionalism, my customer experience was more than acceptable!

Extremely disappointed. I had a technician come out this evening for a simple HVAC system check for the winter and no less than an hr after he left I noticed my heat stopped running. My whole system has now stopped working and it is 28° outside and I have two small children. Now I have to wait for a new technician to come back and that could be up until midnight tonight. My heat was on and running when you came at but now nothing works after your visit. To say I’m pissed is an understatement.

Ms Service was very professional, skilled, and great customer service.
The sink was messed up, and she figured everything out, and now there's no dripping, no runny noise. It was done in no time, unbelievable.

The staff at United Air Temp are all friendly and helpful. Having a contract with them allowed me for same day service with no charge and no charge for the very expensive part my heater needs. I highly recommend using this company.

The Technician was awesome. Called prior to arrival time and that was greatly appreciated. He was thorough and repair was done expeditiously. I would definitely recommend.

Michael came out and resolved my leaking pipes but before he left I told him that my vents were blowing cold air and he said he didn’t know anything about that! Well after he left I noticed that my water wasn’t getting hot neither! I FaceTimed my friend that is a plumber and he told me that Michael didn’t turn my water valve back on which is why my water and heat was not getting hot! Now everything is working like it should! The next time your technician needs to make sure they check behind themselves — not a good look!

Abisai was very helpful. He got our tub draining again and was helpful explaining some other things and answering questions.

I'm horrible with names so I can't give proper credit to the plumber who came to my house. However, he has potentially saved me thousands a year in paying someone else's water bill because of a WSSC meter mix up.

He did a proper investigation of every sink, toilet, and shower to find a leak that didn't exist, but validated my concern that there was an issue at the water meter, and I appreciate the effort and hard work.

Unsatisfied. Small clog in pipe was not cleared after snaking and the tech phoning his supervisor for advice. I was still charged a service fee for the call and yet the pipe is still clogged and leaking water onto my floor and causing damage.

Absolutely horrible! One star is far more than they deserve. The appointment had to be rescheduled twice because they had us waiting over four hours after the allotted appointment window. Not once did they call with an explanation or apology as to why they were so late. The company was selected by American Home Shield. Needless to say we requested a different company.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working yesterday. Dennis from United Air Temp came today and had it up and running in no time. And he made sure to test the system thoroughly to make sure it stays on. We are long time customers and will stay that way.
