They came out and did most OFF work. BUT AT THE END WOULDN'T do my FINAL inspection. But they will judge you and take advantage of based on race and how they precieve you . I paid them $20,000 just for electrical upgrade ON a regular house that spanded less then three years all for him to abandon me in the end. The guy KT is a full blown character. Instead of doing all he could do at each point. He would pause frequently as he saw fit. He analyzed my progress and would just pause. Shifting blame on me when he was completly paid, not due any payments. He charged me 2700 just labour's inflation and material inflation in a span less of two years. I'm disgusted at my self for letting myself fall into his trap. But I'm am going to sue him for not finishing. And be careful with this guy he probably has connections at the mhic office because after filling a complaint with them there trying to say it a contractual dispute, what's contractual about saying you'll do a final inspection then not doing it. He failed the rough in at first by cutting corners and the inspector set him straight. All in all if got the complete know how and are experienced he might not be a bad option but if your still learning and might make mistakes this guy will milk you for all you got and not care about the recourse as he's arrogant narcissistic with a napoleon complex and suffers from identity crisis.

We are please with the results of the project done. The kitchen looks great! We were lucky to use this company, Calvin always updated me during the process of this project. He was professional in his communication. We will definitely use this company for future needs.

Several years ago we called Genesis for an estimate for our tub/shower. They were timely and professional. I reffered them to my mom, Genesis has completed a tub/shower, a complete bathroom, and built a garage. Every job is completed beautifully. This week I contacted Genesis again for a kitchen renovation project. Hopefully we will have another project completed by Genesis soon.
