Constraction reviews in Odenton, Maryland

Craig and his company did an excellent job! He quoted reasonable prices for our deck and patio, kept us apprised of the schedule, and the build went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reputable builder!

LKC Construction – Craig Charpait and his crew are impeccable human beings. They truly care about YOU as a person in their community. Mr. Charpait never pushed us to do additional work that was actually needed but not in our budget. He is truly a selfless and genuine person with great honesty and compassion which is very rare nowadays. The work they performed is top notch and they were always on time and professional. The quality of work done even on our strict budget was amazing and beautiful! I would highly recommend you call LKC Construction for your estimate first!

We did a roof/gutters replacement with LKC. They are well known in our area and have good referrals from neighbors. Jacob did an excellent job with estimating and scheduling. Their team did quality work, and everything was done in 2 days. They also provided papers needed to process through insurance. Overall excellent service!

I called LKC Construction to request someone to come look at our roof as we had found some loose shingles in our backyard. I was put on the schedule for the following day, which surprised me, because other places I had called, could not get out until the following week. I was given a time they would be there, but figured that it was a loose estimate, as it usually is with contractors, at least in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised that with LKC, it was an actual appointment time that they stuck to. They checked out the roof and determined what would need to be done, and seemed to be very honest in their assessment. When they came to do the repair, on time again, they were not as disruptive as I expected them to be (for contractors doing roof work) and they also left my property in the way they found it, no trash, or any evidence that they were even there. They were respectful, polite and wonderful to have working here. I have since hired LKC to do some other jobs at our house including installing new carpet. I was very satisfied with my experience with LKC and I will continue to use them for any work I need done at my house. I highly recommend Craig and his team of contractors.

I am very pleased with the work done by LKC Construction for our new roof, soffit, gutters, and trim. The estimate was extremely detailed, the work was professional, the materials were high quality, and the price was reasonable. The job was completed in a timely manner and the owner (Craig Charpiat) accommodated some last minute changes to the job. Overall, I am happy with the work done by LKC.

My wife & I had quite a bit of work done around our house recently. From redoing the bathroom to painting & flooring. Milton, Andy & Jaime did a great job. Would definitely recommend LKC!

LKC replaced the roof on my home and as a Engineer by trade I have dealt with vendors for over 30 year I have to say they are top notch and would recommend LKC to anyone.
Craig and John were extremely professional and pressure free. They sat down and went over everything and told me to take my time on making a decision. When I decided to get the job done after getting other proposals I went with LKC and they did a great job. They meet with me before ,during and after the job was completed and then followed up weeks after to make sure all was good.
Thanks Craig, John and LKC

LKC replaced my hale damaged roof and they did such an excellent job that I had them redo the roof and skylight at my rental property several month later. The prices were fair; the product was quality material; the work crew knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. They even removed my gutter guard, cleaned out the gutters and replaced some damaged sections. I especially liked that they left the work site as neat as they found it. I highly recommend them.

LKC has done several projects on our house which was built in 1970. They just finished renovating 3 rooms with new flooring, drywall and paint, and installation of a beautiful window in our gym. Every project they have done for us has started on time and the work crew shows up every day until the project is complete. I especially like how they work with you to help you make informed decisions as the project is being conducted. I highly recommend LKC for both interior and exterior work.

LKC installed new siding, insulation, gutters and downspouts for us and we are very pleased with the results. Craig was very helpful and provided a very detailed estimate. Crew arrived promptly each day and were hard working. We are repeat customers - LKC also installed our roof - we and would highly recommended them.

Very happy with my new roof and gutters! Craig and his team did an excellent job. Very professional on time and all at a fair price. Even though my old house required replacement of several rotted boards the entire shingle job still took less than a day to complete. This was my first roofing replacement as a home owner and LKC CONSTRUCTION CORP. made the experience much less stressful. My new aluminum gutters and downspouts are larger and much better quality than what I had before. They are also very securely attached to the house. Just had our first big snow storm and the gutters worked great. I will not hesitate to call LKC when I am ready for windows, siding, and decks.

I had a new roof, capping, eave soffits, gutters and downspouts installed in March by LKC Construction. The results were wonderful and all completed as promised. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend LKC.

It was a pleasure doing business with LKC Construction. We had a new roof installed for a very reasonable price. The crew did an excellent job.
Since the new roof installation, many neighbors have commented on how our roof looks, and the job LKC Construction did for us.

We had a new roof system, larger gutters & down spouts installed on our home. Craig went into great detail about the products (& brought samples) that his company uses. His workers showed up promptly on the morning of the Install. The job was completed in 1 day and a fantastic cleanup was done by his Crew. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof & would definitely Recommend LKC Contruction! (Kenny & Patty King)

The owner Craig, came to our house and gave a fair estimate for our deck rebuild. We had gotten quotes from two other companies but felt Craig's knowledge and LKC's reputation put this company ahead of the rest when all of the prices came back about equal. LKC did not disappoint! Quality service, great craftsmanship and polite workers. A total professional experience all the way around!

We have utilized LKC for 9 different projects. We have continued to be impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Craig and his crews, especially Milton who has completed multiple projects. LKC are our first point of contact for any projects needed around the house and have recommended them to friends and family.

After soliciting quotations from 4 different contractors for our 22 year old roof replacement, we went with LKC Construction. We were very satisfied with the job they've done and Craig was very professional to work with. His entire team finished the job in timely manner and good quality of work. Very highly recommended.

Company provided exceptional service at competitive prices. The owner, Craig, is very knowledgeable and patient explaining building concepts. I replaced my roof, gutter, and had small exterior maintenance jobs done through LKC. I am very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism. LKC will be the first company I get a quote from for any other future home project I look to have completed.

Highly recommend.

After getting quotes for our roof/soffit/gutter repair needs from several contractors, we decided to go with LKC. We are so glad we did. Craig and his team are professional, skilled, affordable and trustworthy. We are so happy with the end result. LKC was recommended to us by several neighbors, and now we know why. Will 100% recommend, and use them in the future.

I recently hired LKC Construction for a deck project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Owner Craig and carpenter Milton were exceptional. Milton was incredibly precise, using tools like a tape measure, plumb line, and angle measurer to ensure every detail was perfect. The deck had some challenging aspects, but Milton handled them with expertise and care.

Not only did they always show up on time, but they also did exactly what they promised. The pricing was fair compared to other options, and both Craig and Milton were very pleasant to work with. They delivered high-quality top-notch work on time and within budget. I would definitely hire them again for future projects. Highly recommended!

Recently had LKC install a new roof on my townhouse in the Summit Chase neighborhood of Piney Orchard. Also had them completely rebuild the deck as many of the joists were rotting and two actually collapsed! They did an outstanding job on both projects, all work was performed exactly per the contract. They used the best GAF HD energy star shingles and sent pictures of the roofing work which was a nice plus. They also replaced all gutters and downspouts since the old ones on many houses were pulling away from the roof as they were not installed properly. I had to pay someone to bang in the gutter spikes every few years. New gutters look awesome! LKC's attention to detail is top notch. Craig kept in constant communication on status of projects. Crew also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend LKC for your roof or deck project.
