Constraction reviews in Odenton, Maryland

LKC is in the process of completing our fourth project on our home, which has included installation of a paver patio, a butler's pantry, kitchen backsplash and an expanded/updated shower. You name it, they can do it. Craig is very knowledgeable and helps to lay out all options up front. Milton is truly talented, and I also highly valued that while he was working in my home, he protected other areas properly and cleaned up at the end of the day. It helped the family not feel like we were living in a construction zone. LKC will be my go-to contractor for as long as we live here. Thanks, guys!

We contracted with LKC Construction to install a new roof, gutters and downspouts on our home. We are very pleased with all aspects of the project including timely and informative details of the project timeline, prompt delivery of materials, excellent workmanship, and beautiful finished project. The crews were amazing. They arrived on time, very professional and courteous, strong work ethic and impeccably cleaned up when the workday was completed. We highly recommend LKC and plan on using them for all future home improvement projects.

In late 2020, after extensively researching roofing contractors, I chose LKC Construction Corporation to install a GAF roofing system on my home residence. That proved to be an excellent decision. The total experience from start to finish with LKC Construction and its President Craig Charpiat was exceptional.
All the qualities that one seeks in a contractor were not only met but exceeded. The quality of the work was superb, and the crews were efficient , professional, highly skilled, and courteous.
Craig proved to be an exemplary leader and executive who has earned the respect of his many customers and employees. He manages the company and treats his customers with the highest level of honesty and integrity.

I was so pleased with my experience with Craig personally and his team, that when it came time in late 2023 to have additional work performed on my house, including painting the exterior and
interior of the house, the choice of LKC to perform the work was obvious. As the case with the roofing work performed in 2020, this painting and repair work was first rate and exceptional.
Needless to say, LKC is my go to contractor for repair, maintenance, and new construction work on my home residence.
Craig has rightfully earned my respect, business , and unqualified recommendation.

We recently had to replace our roof, and we are certainly glad to post a review about the great experience it was working with LKC. Getting a new roof is a big deal so we really wanted things to work out and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. My wife got a referral for LKC from her co-worker and from the initial consultation to the final inspection, they exceeded our expectations in every way.
The options on colors, quality of the materials, and workmanship was top-notch. The crew finished the job with no disruption to our normal work schedules. They kept the outside really clean throughout the process taking into special consideration our 2 dogs that run around a lot, so that was very important to us.
We were particularly impressed with the professionalism of the company starting with our initial consultation. He was extremely knowledgeable on every question we asked, and left us informed and confident, and everything went smoothly. We’re very grateful for his patience, expertise, and attentiveness.
It’s been over 2 months since the roof was finished so we’ve had several rain storms and a couple of snow events with no issues at all.
We got lucky finding this company, so if you're looking for a company for a new roof this is a great one. I rarely leave reviews but this company did such a great job on something that was really important for us. This was a real 5-star experience.

LKC Construction recently installed a paver patio in my backyard and power washed my house. They did a wonderful job. Craig responded quickly to my request for a bid and quickly responded to any emails. The pricing was very reasonable and they used quality materials. When designing the patio, Craig took into account my senior dog's safety and there were no high areas that he could fall off. The crew left my backyard in immaculate shape after installing the patio-there was not one piece of trash left behind. I would use LKC again as well as recommend them to others.

LKC did a great job installing my roof! Craig was great to work with and even moved my job up a week due to settlement on my house. I would highly recommend. His entire crew were complete professionals. I will definitely give him a call on my next project.

Fantastic experience! Craig replaced our roof, skylights and gutters. Complex roof and his talented and experienced crew that have been with him for decades did a great job.

May 2025 - Scheduled Craig and the team for a roof replacement. Held to the same standard of affordability, reliability and professionalism. Information and communication flow was proactive and timely. Efficient crew with quality results. Dont hesitate to call, you wont be disappointed.

April 2024 - MUST USE! Affordable, reliable, and professional results. Great work by Craig and his skilled team. From start to finish, Craig kept me informed, checked in on status of work, and ensured everything was completed to contractual specification. We closed the small opening above the foyer in our townhome, and it provides us a little extra floor space for our family. We love the results, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, high-quality workmanship for home renovations. Will use again on other projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I cannot rave enough about this company and my experience with having them as a contractor for my home needs. One of my neighbors referred me to LKC Construction based upon the roofing repair and replacement job that they did for her. Upon contacting the company before a major holiday, the owner, Craig, was super responsive and was able to provide me a consultation in a timely manner. He was extremely friendly and diligent in his communication on when he was going to be there, provided all the details about the roofing process (there was a folder with everything in there about the roofing materials and his company license and insurance). Craig took the time to explain things in depth and answered all my questions. The estimate provided for my roof was very reasonable, and he also provided a timeline for when the anticipated work would start and how long it would take. His crew showed up on time, worked late on the first day till like 7pm to get as much work done before a possible rainstorm the next day. I am so thankful for them putting in the extra efforts. The crew cleaned up everything and left no trace of debris around my house or my neighbors’. When I inquired about other home improvement and repairs, Craig provided me his honest recommendations and even referred me to other contractors that he worked with and respected. I appreciate his expertise and the level of professionalism that he provides. I’m extremely happy with the job they have done on my roof and plan on having all my future home improvements and repairs done by this local small business! My other neighbor was impressed by them and are getting their improvements done too!

LKC recently installed all new windows in our home. The job was top notch from start to finish. Craig was very attentive to our needs from getting an estimate to install day and then he personally stopped by 2 weeks later to ensure that we were happy.

We are extremely pleased with our choice of windows and the install team was very efficient and respectful of our home. They did a great job cleaning up as well. We highly recommend LKC.

From Sandy Fedorko…LKC Construction Corp is extremely professional and a breath of fresh air compared to all siding companies. No bullshit, no trying to upsell, just listening to what you want and giving you options. The only reason they came in the house while doing the job was because we requested a change in one window. I highly recommend them and we are working with them now on our deck so that should let you know how much we appreciate the work they do.

LKC recently completed our roof, island, and a small basement renovation. We were quoted a very fair price and we are pleased with the results and the timelines of the projects . We will definitely consider LKC again for any home project needs.

Fantastic experience with LKC! We needed a lot of work done between a new roof, replacing windows, and porch restoration. After checking out a few companies, we went with LKC. It was an easy decision, in part because they’re a local business with a great reputation but mostly because Craig was so easy to work with. His patience, expertise, and quick communication took the stress out of these major projects. Would not hesitate to call them for any future work!

LKC was a great company. Craig was very professional and helped us with a project that was critical but not huge that most others would not have taken. His team completed the work in a timely manner, even with a surprise, and left things better than before.

Craig and his team were great from start to finish! Came out for a free estimate on our roof, gave us all the details needed but was kind and did not have a car salesman approach! Very affordable and his team came out and completed our new roof in one day and did a great job. They also did a good job of cleaning up the work area. Highly recommended.

LKC's Team (Craig and Milton) did a fantastic job from start to finish on our addition of a front porch to our home. Walking us through the bid, design and construction, including adjustments through the process, we are more than pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. It has completely changed our home for the better, we LOVE front porch sitting! We highly recommend LKC!

Our experience with LKC was fantastic. Craig was the point person to discuss schedule, cost, etc. He is straight-forward and very easy to talk to. Milton is an artist. Our portico replacement was not treated as a quick construction project, but a work of art. The roofing team and gutter team were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any home projects you have.

We recently had our roof replaced by LKC Construction and we are so happy that we did! They did a fabulous job and were fast, efficient, professional, honest, and so easy to work with. They finished in one day and left without any evidence that they were even there. My neighbor even commented that if she had left her home in the morning before they arrived and returned after they left, she would have never known they were there (except for how wonderful the roof looks). The entire process was easy and seamless. Craig was a joy to work with and communicated with us throughout the process. His prices are great and his attention to detail is fabulous. We were so pleased that we had them come back to help us upgrade out bedroom and bathroom. once again, they were so efficient, professional, kind, and so easy to work with. We recommend Craig and his team without reservation. And we cannot thank you enough and look forward to working with you on many projects in the future.

LKC construction came highly recommended by our neighbors for our roof replacement. Upon meeting Craig, he has a good first impression by his professionalism. LKC construction had the best quote among other company quotes. We were impressed by the crew and how well they all worked together. The clean up was great as well. The crew was very considerable of our dogs and took extra time to make sure everything was cleaned up properly.
Craig is easy to work with, very responsive to text communication also offers financial options. We will definitely recommend and use LKC construction again.

Highly recommend LKC Construction. We used them to install new storm and entry doors. Quality and service is unmatched. Great prices, saved us thousands of dollars compared to the 3 estimates we received from larger companies. Milton is excellent at his craft. Work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up. For all your Construction needs, shop local and hire LKC Construction.

I couldn’t be happier with the work LKC and their team did on my home! They installed both a new front and back door, along with brand-new gutters, and the results are fantastic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch—both doors fit perfectly, operate smoothly, and instantly elevated my home’s curb appeal. The gutters were installed seamlessly, and they’ve already proven to be highly effective during heavy rain. The team was professional, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. I appreciated their clear communication and commitment to getting every detail right. Highly recommend LKC for anyone seeking high-quality work!
