Constraction reviews in Odenton, Maryland

Marcus and his team did a great job! Marcus was always available for questions or concerns. His team was truly the best.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a contractor! Excellent work, professional, and great customer service, highly recommend this company. Kevin Byrd is very personable and a perfectionist , the whole project was a nightmare for him, but he completed it with a smile on his face and quality work!

Marcus, Kevin and their crew did an awesome job of building a new deck with a ramp. It looks great and is solidly built. The communication from estimate to completion was excellent. I will definitely be calling them for future projects!

If I could choose to give them negative stars I would. Very unprofessional ! If you choose a company don't choose them. They came to do a dry wall job at my house and showed up WITH NO DRY WALL ! ! Then they started a job and didn't finish because they didn't come with the proper tools. What company comes to a job without the proper tools ? THEY DO! ! So now I'm inconvenienced to take more time off of work for a job that should have been finished the first time they came. They don't even give the common courtesy of calling before they come and give you a large 3-4 hour window of when they will come. Also, due to miscommunication on their part, they were insinuating they weren't coming back to even finish the job. M&C Global Construction LLC is straight TRASH ! ! THROW THEM AWAY ! !

I had a water heater leak that caused damage to the subflooring etc. and I was in a tight spot needing a water heater replacement along with floor repairs. I found this company searching online within my area and gave them a shot.

I was amazed with how punctual/timely they were, overall. I was given a time, and they were on-time. I was also getting very responsive scheduling for my critical issue, which BGE Home kept giving me insane scheduling for days that were far out of reason even though I had no hot water. I have never, in my short five years of being a homeowner, had an on-time or even early service. This was an absolute first. This was critical for me as I had to juggle a lot, as we all do in our busy lives.

I had a water heater taken out, air handler, flooring replaced, and air handler re-installed within the week.

M&C Global Team Construction Group is a A-1 Company. They were very professional, skilled, neat and very organized. I am beyond satisfied with their work.

They just completed 2 jobs for me. The first was an emergency, last minute job. They were able to complete the job on a weekend all while being professional with a smile on their faces. Since they did an excellent job the first time, I hired them for a second, planned project. They offered reasonable pricing, quality work and professional service. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the attention to detail was appreciated.

Marcus and his team were the absolute best. Came out to survey the job the day I called him. He was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. Would 100% recommend MC Global and will be using them again for future projects.

We used M&C Global Construction for an emergency plumbing issue and he really came through for us. Marcus was available over the weekend and on the holiday. This was critical because my property is a rental and without any water, the tenants would need to be moved into a hotel. They fixed the broken sewer line, replaced the water line, pulled up the contaminated pad and carpet and then rehabbed the whole basement. This included new sheetrock, new carpeting and pad, new molding and paint. I am 2500 miles away and was kept in the loop at every stage and was supplied the necessary pictures to submit to my ins co. I highly recommend M&C Global Construction LLC.

M & C Global Construction was very professional to work with and provided high quality work. The owner and project manager were absolute gems to work with (personality and proficiency wise) and the employees were Customer oriented, meticulous, in their work, and paid lots of attention to detail which is important to a picky client like me. Looking forward to commissioning this company for future home projects.

Great company! Marcus and his team were amazing and they do awesome work. My wife is in love with our remodeled kitchen. We have our next project already in the works and we are excited for our future projects with Marcus and his team.

We had whirlpool tub, toilet and tile installed in bathroom; new windows, and had a new mantel made for the fireplace. Communication was wonderful, and the entire team was professional and responsive. Great work and done on time. We will use M&C Construction again in the future and highly recommend them. Thanks to Marcus and Kevin and team for their work.

My husband and I had been referred to Marcus and his team by our realtors who we work closely with. When we moved into our new home recently we immediately knew we wanted our permanently closed basement windows replaced with windows that could slide open and provide air flow. We also wanted one of our bedroom windows (connected to our sunroom) completely closed off and made into extra shelving.

Marcus and his team exceeded our expectations and we are beyond happy with how everything turned out! They provided exceptional customer service, communicated the entire process so we knew when and what to expect, and completed the job very quickly.

Thank you again, M & C Global Construction!

We recently had M&C remodel the unfinished portion of our basement into a finished laundry room and additional room. We cannot say enough good things about Marcus and his crew. From the beginning, they were knowledgeable, extremely responsive, professional, and a delight to have coming in day in and day out. The results are exactly what we wanted; we are so glad we went with M&C and will definitely be using them again in the future.

My experience with Global Construction has been nothing but wonderful! They re-did our deck for a reasonable price and completed the job in a timely fashion. The two guys that came out to do the job were excellent and super friendly! Working with Marcus with great, he was timely, professional, and explained everything. The deck they built came out beautifully and beyond great; we have received various complements from surrounding neighbors due to the vast improvement from our old deck. Our deck has now become a place of enjoyment and an extension of our living space, unlike before. I can not thank them enough! I highly recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend Marcus and his team from M & C Global Construction LLC to anyone needing any work done. They were always on time and very professional. I thought my home renovation was going to cause me a lot of heartache and headaches, but Marcus made this experience easy and stress free for me. I can't thank him enough. Any work you need done, definitely give them a call.

Can’t say enough about the team that did our ceiling fan/light installation. The team were very professional and arrived and completed the job in a timely manner. The ceiling fan was installed where no light existed. Portions of drywall was taken out for installation and wiring. After completion the drywall was refinished with perfect. Preparation and clean up before and after was very good as well. Thank you M & C Global Construction for your excellent service!

Marcus and his team were fantastic. We had a flood in our basement and needed a new floor, drywall, insulation and bathroom repair. Marcus was courteous, professional and quick to provide estimates and to complete the job. The work itself was high quality with which we were very pleased. We've recommended M&C Global to our friends in the area.

Working with Marcus James of M&C Global Construction LLC. has been an experience only as one could imagine. We were first time homeowners and the trials of ownership were soon to begin. A good friend referred Marcus to us and reassured he was the guy for the job.
The job began with the renovation of a kitchen (that had tiles on the ceiling), and the replacement of windows and exterior doors throughout the house but changed due to an unexpected plumbing emergency and some electrical issues. Even with the difficulties presented by the Pandemic, Marcus made sure to keep us abreast of any information and was always available to respond to any questions we had.
M&C Global Construction LLC crew definitely took our new home which was stuck in the past and brought it to the 21st century. They did amazing work and the craftsmanship skills that each possessed show through the finished product. The crew also took time to make sure we understood each process as well as getting our input. I am absolutely happy to work with them on other projects in the future and recommend them for any project you can think of from top to bottom they can do it all !!

I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom with a leak under the cabinet. After weeks of frustration with the insurance company Marcus James and his team of professionals really Rescued me from a very frustrating situation. I found their company on Home Depot website and decided to call and get a second estimate on the work that needed to be done ; which included removing not only the cabinet but everything on the wall which included the long top vanity and mirror, all of which had to be replaced. They were professional and honest about the best and most effective way to restore the damages. Marcus helped me stay within the Budget I was allotted from the insurance company. I ended up with a beautiful bath which was far better then I expected. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to other home owners looking to improve or upgrade their property. Thank you M&C GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION.

M & C Global Construction LLC is highly recommended. This company did an amazing job with my deck construction. I was very satisfied with the quality and design of my new deck. At first I debated whether to repair my old deck or to replace and start fresh. I interviewed other companies as well, but I must admit this company provided everything I needed to make the right decision. I’m thankful for the knowledge and skill set of this company. From start to finish the staff was professional and the customer service was exceptional.
