Constraction reviews in Odenton, Maryland

Highly recommend LKC Construction! Craig was great to work with from start to finish. We used LKC for our roof, gutters, and attic fan. He took the time and explained detailed information about the high quality products, warranty, and installation process. Very competitive pricing compared to the quotes we received from other companies. His crew was very professional keeping a clean site while they completed the work and also used appropriate safety harnesses and ropes during the installation.

Craig and his team were a pleasure to work with! They were punctual, professional and informative about the project from start to finish. I will definitely be enlisting them for future construction

UPDATE: Craig did a second project in my house and he and his team are still the best. Milton and Jamie are true professionals. See pic :) at this point no other contractor will ever touch my house because I only trust LKC’s high quality of work.

LKC Construction recently put a new roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The materials were delivered right on schedule, and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Craig Charpiat was fantastic—very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He gave me a comprehensive packet upfront that included a detailed quote, proof of his licenses and insurance, information on all the materials being used, and the full roof warranty.

He took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose the perfect color for the shingles, which turned out to be exactly the right call. The workmanship was excellent, and the cleanup afterward was impeccable—you’d never know a roofing crew had been there. He even installed new gutters on the house in less than an hour, and they look and function great. On top of all that, the cost was very fair.

Highly recommend Craig and the LKC team to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and peace of mind with their home improvement needs.

LKC has done several projects in our home and we have been extremely pleased with everything. They initially installed our roof & replaced our gutters and after that project we added a 3-season room and composite deck. We absolutely loved working with Milton!! His workmanship and attention to detail is remarkable. The completed project matched exactly what we were looking for and the additional indoor/outdoor space has been great! We highly recommend LKC and hope to use them again on a future project!

Great experience with Craig and LKC Construction. Saved us thousands of dollars compared to larger companies. The workmanship and professionalism is stellar. We had estimates for over 12k for Provia entry door and storm door installation. LkC was able to deliver the exact same product without 300% markup. For all of your home improvement needs call LKC Construction. Prompt, professional and fair pricing.

Craig was great to work with on our bathroom remodel and kitchen repairs. He kept his word and was on time through each step - from getting us the estimates, to meeting up in person to discuss details, to the end result. He was always accessible when we had any questions. Craig anticipated our needs, and recommended options that would suit them.

We called LKC to repair damage to our home caused by 2 major leaks, affecting our primary bath and kitchen. Knowing we needed to get our kitchen back in order as fast as possible, Craig was able to put us on the schedule for that portion pretty quickly, which made ALL the difference. The team repaired the walls, subfloor and tile, repainted, hung a new ceiling lamp, and we were back in business.

Our larger project was the master bath. We had a leak coming from the shower and down into the breakfast nook. The entire bathroom was gutted and replaced with beautiful cabinets, ceramic (wood-look) tile flooring, and the shower was moved to the bath tub area.

Milton and Jaime (and Andy!), who completed the jobs, were incredibly kind and a pleasure to work with. (They were even extra sweet to our elderly cat 🙂) They kept the area impressively clean the entire time, and the pride they take in their work really shows in the end result.

We absolutely love our new bathroom and we hope to work with Craig and LKC again in the future!

We recently used LKC for a full basement renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Craig, the owner, and his entire team were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were thorough, clean, and always professional. We especially appreciated how they offered helpful suggestions along the way without ever being pushy.
Every contractor involved-from the plumbers to the electricians-represented LKC with the same level of professionalism and care. It was clear that they all take pride in their work.
We highly recommend LKC for any renovation project. It's rare to find a team that's this reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of your home.

My siding, gutters, soffits, shutters, entry door, and storm door were replaced. Additionally, surrounds were added for the entry and garage doors. I absolutely love the new look and have received compliments from my neighbors. I particularly appreciated how the owner presented the proposal, which clearly outlined the cost of each project. It was also helpful that they offered options to choose from, which could potentially lower the overall cost. I’m already planning to use their services again soon!

Very professional, efficient, clean, and excellent work.

Extremely patient and accommodating. My only suggestion is rhey should itemize their estimate

Very responsive and great customer service. I have referred this company several times!

Representatives were communicative and patient with us as we planned a remodel. They worked with us to make sure that we could get everything we needed and were up front with the time, pricing, and material concerns.

My job was probably unusual. I wanted my balcony expanded. It was quick and easy. I'm very happy. They did a terrific job.

Hands down the best contracting company in the area. Affordable and realistic pricing, with beautiful work and no corners cut. Would recommend to any customer who is looking for the absolute best quality work available for the best possible price.
