Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

Anne Arundel Exteriors came out to our house on mother's day to do our new roof. They were extremely committed and took their time to do the job. They did an excellent job cleaning up after... We haven't found any debris which is important because we have small children. They were very friendly. Would recommend to any friend or family.

Great company and excellent work. The owner and his staff provided us with complete details from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service and attention to detail.

Jody and his crew are very friendly, efficient and professional. We are so impressed with their work and thrilled to be able to enjoy our amazing deck so quickly! My family and I highly recommend Anne Arundel Exteriors, a local, trustworthy, and attention to detail oriented company!

Jody Keefer is a pleasure to work with. We had our roof and siding replaced. Both projects were completed when promised and on budget. The few problems that were encountered were personally resolved by Jody to our complete satisfaction. He always responded immediately to calls, emails and texts (not so common these days). I would hire him again in a heartbeat

They did an awesome job installing my new roof .. Jody himself is very responsive and professional also very knowledgeable and explained things very well ! My roof was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves very well , I am very pleased and Price was very reasonable for what they had to do, I’ll be honest I thought it was going to be more . I will use this company in the future for other projects!

Jody and his team did a great job with my roof ! Very professional and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up all the mess and went around with a magnet to make sure all the nails were picked up out of the yard. It has rained many many times since having the new roof put on and I'm so grateful to not have to worry about anymore leaks. I would recommend this company to my family and friends !

This review is based on Jody’s estimate. I have a lot of siding issues and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a lot. He gave me names of other contractors he thought were excellent for certain jobs. Definitely hope to do business with him.

Jody and his crew are second to none in deck building! We contracted Jody as our top choice from 4 other contractors. He was well-informed of the materials and the market prices of them; provided a fair quote quickly; talked us through some options we didn't think of (and chose); and guaranteed his work. His positive vibes were another reason we chose him over the others. He was friendly, professional, and down to earth. He was honest about the permit timeline with the county, but had a full plan ready to tear down and build the new one as soon as he got the "go" to proceed. On site they were meticulous in caring for the exterior of our house during removal and construction of the new deck. They cleaned up our yard and driveway; added the siding back on; and it looked as if no one had ever even been there working. We love our new deck and recommend Jody to anyone who is in the market for exterior work. Images of before/after and in progress attached. Thanks Jody and team!! We <3 our new deck!

Jody and his team did a great job with my roof replacement. From the beginning, his estimate was thorough providing a 3d model of my roof geometry. AA Exteriors uses all high end underlayment and vent pipe covers. I appreciate that his crew was out working on my roof in January when the high temperature was 28 degrees and swept my yard for debris after they were done.

Absolutely professional and a very fair price! Jody came out within days of calling Anne Arundel Exteriors and diagnosed the problem with our roof. Jody did not try to upsell and let’s face it you need to trust the person getting up on your roof because not many of us are getting up there to figure it out! The crew was so nice and neat if I didn’t see them I would have never knew anyone was here tearing off the roof and re-shingling. It’s good to know a honest company for home improvement’s….. Thank you :)

I cannot say enough great things about the work done by Anne Arundel Exteriors! Full roof replacement in one day at a great price. Jody and his crew ensured the process was painless and the work was perfection! This is the best company of you’re in the market for a new roof, siding, deck, etc. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Very responsive and pleasant! Requested repairs for our roof and the removal of a satellite dish, Jody (hope I'm spelling his name right) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Price was also reasonable! Got the job done in less that 2-days. Will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to others. Will also be reaching out for other exterior projects! I so love professionalism...great job!!!

Words can't explain how happy we were with Anne Arundel Exteriors. Made one call to get our roof looked at and Jody came out the next day sat down with us explained everything in detail and what he recommended since we lived on the water. With in that week I had a new roof. The crew was extremely polite, made sure everything was covered and moved before work started. Clean up was fantastic no mess at all. They took before and after pictures for us. Our new roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.

This company is extremely professional, trustworthy and they exceeded all expectations. Quality craftsmanship and professionalism throughout the entire process! All of our questions and/or concerns were addressed throughly and in a timely manner. The crew arrived on time, was respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up at the end of their work day. My neighbor even came out after the crew left to compliment our new roofs!! I highly recommend Anne Arundel Exteriors for all of your roofing needs!

I noticed Jody and his crew when they did a full roof replacement on my neighbor home. I reached out to the company because I was in need of a new roof ASAP. Jody was responsive and provided a reasonable quote compared to the other companies. He provided details of when materials will be delivered. A couple of days later the crew came out at 730am on the dot for installation. Very professional team and made sure the area was cleaned as well as my next door neighbor driveway. I would highly recommend Anne Arundel Exteriors.

I contacted several roofing companies before finding Anne Arundel Exteriors. Jody came out for a free estimate, he was prompt, extremely polite, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. Excellent service from initial quote to finished roof. Roofing team was on time, quick and efficient, took care to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing existing roof. The roof was completed in one day. Highly satisfied with skills & knowledge. It's a blessing to be treated to excellent customer service. Happy customer! We would definitely recommend Anne Arundel Exteriors!

Jody even followed up later to see how things were and everything was still great! Thank you!

I recently used Anne Arundel Exteriors for my roof replacement. They did an excellent job! My roof looks fabulous and they were very quick at getting the job done. Jody the owner of the company is friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable of his craft and able to handle any and all concerns. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to have the exterior of their house taken care of.

A wet spot in the ceiling of my freshly painted bathroom prompted me to look for roofers. My home inspection, done just six months prior, had not described just how shoddy the roof patch was.
Anne Arundel Exteriors did a full roof replacement for us on November 19, 2022. I always wait to write reviews after a service like this to make sure I’m not jumping the gun. After almost six months with this roof, I can say that Jody’s team knows what they’re doing.
From start to finish, the experience was great. No one really wants to have to replace their roof but I can say that Jody’s prices were (by far) the best of the six quotes I got, for tried and true Owens Corning shingles, properly done flashing, and great warranties on both workmanship and product. I never felt like Jody was selling a product to me, I really just felt like he was an honest guy who knew what he was talking about. (not to mention, he actually got on the roof - unexpectedly hard to come by with some roofing companies!)
Great experience all around. Jody was super responsive, came out to my house multiple times as questions arose, and scheduled my job efficiently. Again, best price around and a good product, I would highly recommend.

Anne arundel exteriors was great to work with from the very beginning. We asked for a quote for our roof and received 3 quotes- good, better, best- with detail around all three quotes. It was great to get all quotes and then speak with Jody about what would be best for our house and location. We went ahead with the middle quote due to having major high winds and his quote was the best out of all quotes received. We met with Jody and he explained the process and a few days after that, supplies were delivered and the roof was complete a few days after that. The team was on time and done with the removal, installation and cleanup by 2pm. Overall this was a great process. I like that that overall experience was quick and done within a week. The team who was working on the house was very nice and i had no issues. Jody stopped by the day after And walked the property to ensure clean up was done properly. The roof looks amazing and I’m really glad we went with Anne Arundel Exteriors. Jody and his team are reliable and honest. I highly recommend them!

Jody and his crew do excellent work. They installed a new roof, gutters, framing around my front windows, and resolved a leak issue . Jody is very responsive and professional in all interactions.
His employees perform in the same manner. Jody ensured that I was satisfied and remains available should I have any concerns. Very fair pricing and I would definitely call on Jody again for any exterior work.

My entire experience with Jody was extremely fantastic. He reflects how dedicated he is to his customers. The crew arrived on time, was respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up at the end of their work day. The crew took the time to tarp my windows/property for protection. My neighbor even came out and ask Jody for a card for his roofing needs. I highly recommend Anne Arundel Exteriors for all of your roofing needs!
