In addition to completing unit renovations in the apartments at Crofton Village Apartments, Complete Conversion also recently completed a large-scale project of installing individual washer/dryers in each resident unit. This project included coordinating multiple contractors who worked on plumbing, electrical and drywall simultaneously. The project was planned and executed flawlessly by Complete, including providing us a very detailed schedule, with a specific contractor timetable that made it very easy for our staff to properly inform and prepare our residents for work that would be done. Complete Conversion handled everything including project scheduling, obtaining permits for the project, ordering of the new appliances, installing and testing of the work along the way, and also coordinating county inspections. This large and very detailed project went off without a hitch. Our team was kept up to date on a regular basis, and any issues that were encountered along the way were handled efficiently.

Complete Conversions was a great company to work with for our office and break room renovation jobs. Complete Conversions did 3 separate areas for my company and the spaces turned out phenomenal. Posted a picture of the electrical junction box Coastal installed in my drywalled basement ceiling. Not to code and could’ve burned my house down! We had to hire someone to tear out the drywall and fix this. This is just one of the safety issues we had with this company.

Coastal Contracting Group LLC gave me a new roof. There crew did a fantastic job on the roof and new gutter. I would recommend them for your next job.

Coastal never ceases to amaze us and we are always admiring their work. We are proud to list our home as another "knocked it out of the park" project. Jonathan, Sarah and their business partners were timely, professional, and 100% there to serve the customer. When I say "I am a perfectionist", it's no joke. When I arrived home from work, the business partners had the look of fear on their faces. You can say they had been fair warned!! :) I have high expectations, what can I say? Initially I was really happy with the work and how responsive the company was, then there was a delay with products coming in and I rarely heard from the owner; over a year after initially signing the contract work was completed. I thought everything was great and he even fixed up some work that had “shifted” from the year before, but I realized when they did my flooring on my stairs they didn’t hammer in the nail’s underneath all the way so now I have holes on my stairs and it’s been months with no response. Seems minuscule, but when you pay a company 30K, I would like the work completed appropriately.

I had even asked for extra flooring in case I decided to redo my kitchen in the new flooring and was left with nothing extra at the end of the project; I don’t know if the flooring guys used it with errors in measurements or everything was measured and ordered incorrectly at the beginning.

Coastal is a top notch contractor! When a huge tree fell on our house they responded quickly and had a plan in place to tarp the house as soon as the tree was removed before the next storm rolled through. They worked with us and our horrible insurance adjuster and were more than fair with the price for the repairs. The work was done in one day and looks great! John jumped through the many hoops that the insurance adjuster placed in front of him just to get paid for the work he and his team completed. It took months. I recommend Coastal for any work you need done—emergency or otherwise. This is a company with integrity and they do great work. We will be hiring Coastal for future home renovations.

Coastal was the perfect local company to come out and replace our sliding glass door. We had many issues with this door in recent years from leaking air to not closing all the way. They came out and gave us a quote the next day we called and installed right after the weekend early Monday morning. They were efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was back they way it was. I highly recommend Coastal Contracting and I will be looking at them in the future to do other home projects!

We hired Coastal Contracting Group to flip our former rental house for resale. It was a long distance process on our end. The owner, John made sure the process was very smooth.

He made some design decisions when I couldn't drive over to the property, and everything is so beautiful. His craftmanship is unmatched, and he is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Able Contractors did a phenomenal job on our bathroom renovation! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and quality of work.

Hired Dave late September to build a 36 ft garage extension, permits issued November, work began a week later and final passed January 5th! He was right on it! Accommodated any requests/inputs I had. Excellent to work with! His concrete/ framing/ roofers/ electrical/ siding/ gutter subs were excellent. Did it for a fair price and there was no “nickel and diming”. Would definitely hire again and refer. (Only minor negative comment is that his window/door installer needed some OJT but that got worked out to my satisfaction.)

This is the top of the line electrical work. I would highly recommend to anyone to get quality work down for their homes. My family used this for our home and we have been very impressed at the work they have done
