Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

Fixed a few things, repaired a bunch. Reasonable price, friendly guy. Took pictures of everything he did and showed me what all he did. Love the Christian witness.

We had our roof replaced today and it looks amazing! The estimate process was a breeze, along with the contract signing! Terry left no question unanswered and we went through the process with confidence. The team arrived on time, and had the job finished within the day! They cleaned up as they went along which was great! I would highly recommend Trustworthy Construction for any roofing repairs or replacements! I look forward to working with them again!

Terry came out and fixed a piece of flashing that came loose after a snow storm. He did an amazing job and even went around and made sure everything else was secured. I will be using him again that's for sure.

Terry came out today to repair some wind damaged roof shingles. He's helped me a few times in the past and is always responsive, dependable, and does excellent work. Great guy too.

My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers. Terry at Trustworthy Construction was absolutely outstanding. We called him for a second opinion after Power Home Remodeling told us we needed a full roof replacement (roof, trim, gutters) for $28k due to an “active leak" despite our roof being replaced by the previous owners in March 2025. The rep from that company never even stepped foot on our roof, which left us feeling confused and honestly a bit naive.

Terry showed up, was incredibly kind, and took his time. He actually went up on the roof, inspected everything thoroughly, took clear before-and-after photos, and even sealed up a few spots around our piping and the fireplace where water was getting in. He explained everything in a way we could understand and never pushed us toward unnecessary work.

We walked away feeling relieved, informed, and confident — the exact opposite of our first experience. Terry is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about helping homeowners instead of selling them something they don’t need. We highly, highly recommend him

Highly recommend Trustworthy Construction. Terry gave us a fantastic price for a new roof. His crew was prompt, courteous and the job was done as promised.

I would absolutely recommend Mark and his team. They were professional, communicated well, and showed up every day until the job was done. We love our new bathroom!!

Hutchinson construction is the best builder in the state as far as i'm concerned. Look no further if you're looking for a beautiful new custom home, addition, kitchen or bath work.

Hutchinson Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. The workers were very meticulous from the cabinet install to the painstaking backsplash. Those guys did fantastic work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Totally replaced my basement stairs. It was not a simple fix due to space constraints. The job also included replacing a non standard door. There were a lot of challenges to this job. I interviewed many people before finally entrusting to Hutchinson Construction. The quality and expertise far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy and satisfied with their work.

Great work! Great experience! Very reasonable pricing. We had windows, gutters and siding completed. Changed entire look of house! I will hire them again if needed!

nobody even called me back

East Coast Construction built a beautiful townhouse for us. I really liked the attention to detail he has in this undertaking.
Thank you,

This company does not answer the phone so you are forced to leave a message. Then no one returns your call. I then went into their office and was told someone would be out the next day. No one showed up. I went back to their office only to find it closed with a sign on the door to call and leave a message. Terrible service.

Recently they did some work for use referral from another company. We had water damage in basement. Insurance company job. We have poles and shelving down there on account it’s closet. Crew was pleasant and Terri was nice to talk with until job was complete.
I wrote on the Facebook page more in depth then I’m going to here.
To make it short work was not done properly and incomplete. Paint walls, floor and trim mean paint some and not paint some. Doors left off bid on account never looked at insurance companies copies to see what was covered. She said she been doing for years and dealing with insurance so you would think she would have remembered doors all stained up. Never even took shelving down in back room to paint top part of walls. Should have been 3 trim rings under sink in bath only 2 put on . They damaged floor in bathroom with something after they painted not fixed. Vanity was an ordeal but finally got that and they said that was a courtesy to get get something similar to what we already had in there. REALLY JUST TIRED OF GETTING SHORT END OF STICK..

Also they had just started a home so needed to get us done..... you know when u pay money for a job we just want to get what we paid for....

We could not be happier. Our project was a massive one. A complete waterfront knock down and rebuild. Not only was the constructions side of things extremely smooth and done with perfection and attention to detail, but Terri went above and beyond continuously to see to it that the project stayed on track. We are extremely pleased with the finished result and highly recommend using them.

Ms King came as scheduled on a Monday to provide an estimate for some drywall repair after water damage in our house. I emphasized to her that we had sold the house and that we were closing in a week and needed the estimate - and the repair work - as quickly as possible. She promised that I would have the estimate no later than the next day. Well, apparently Ms King went on holiday immediately after coming to our house and it appears that she had no intention of ever providing us with an estimate - it's been a week and there has been zero contact from this company, via phone, text, or email. I seriously recommend that you look elsewhere for your contracting needs.

This was the 2nd time using East Coast Contracting. They are very professional and do excellent work. Highly recommend them.
