Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

Terry showed up on time and was polite and knowledgeable. The roof was repaired and was done correctly and for the most reasonable price compared to 2 others.
As a commercial contractor I deal with contractors on a daily basis. Having been extremely happy with Terry, I added a little extra to the final bill as a thank you and he was so honest he immediately pointed out I had overpaid him! His honesty was truly noble!
I would highly recommend Terry to anyone who needs an amazing roofing contractor.

If you are looking for an honest and professional company to do a top-notch roofing job, then look no further. Terry and Trustworthy Construction is an excellent choice! After choosing a well-known roofing company in 2010 to replace my existing roof, it quickly became apparent that I had made a big mistake. Poor workmanship and missing materials caused a large leak. Repeated repairs by this sub-par company did not solve the problem. That's when I found Trustworthy Construction. After reading excellent reviews and hearing positive personal testimonials, I contacted Terry who came out to my home, took pictures of the issues and damage, and thoroughly explained the problems and options. I decided on a new roof which he and his helper completed in two days, at a cost far less than the other company. They did an excellent job of installing the roof and cleaning up. I now have peace of mind and a professionally-installed roof. Selecting Trustworthy Construction is an excellent choice!

I highly recommend Trustworthy Construction. After wind damage to numerous shingles & peeling back the ridge vent, I called Trustworthy - Terry responded to my voice message the next day. He soon provided pictures of the damage & a reasonable estimate. Shortly thereafter, he performed solid repairs & provided details of the repairs & roof condition. I appreciate his integrity and dependability; Terry is a man of his word and his faith. I'll need to replace the roof within a year or so - I'll be calling Trustworthy Construction to replace it !

I would highly recommend Trustworthy Construction! Terry was great to work with. On time, kept you in the loop, and was very honest. His workers were also very friendly and made sure to leave my yard in the same condition it was in when they arrived. I will be sure to recommend them to all my family and friends!

Exceeds expectations! Trustworthy did a repair to a small section of my roof that had deteriorated. They also winterized by addressing nail pops, loose trim, and seal vent edges. The work was professional, quick, and spotless. I highly recommend.

I have relied on Trustworthy Construction for several years now. My first experience was an emergency situation and Terry, President of Trustworthy Construction came out on a Saturday to repair my roof just before our area was due to have a horrendous storm. When I later needed to replace my roof, of course, I call him first. A few years later, my son, needed a new roof and I suggested Terry of Trustworthy Construction. He was awarded the job of replacing my son's roof. I recently discovered a leak in my shed and once again, I called Terry at Trustworthy. He saves me time because I know he does a professional job at reasonable rates. He is a good, decent and honest professional. I highly recommend Trustworthy Construction for any of your roofing needs. He is a mostly full service company, so if you need other repairs, just ask and he can probably help get them done too.

Terry was referred to me a few years ago by a local friend and he has fixed my leaky roof and my damaged tiles in the past. Even today, he is always there for me when I need him.

My roof is old and he recommended that it be replaced within the year; even still, he fixed it. This last storm was severe so I called Terry and he came the next day even though he was busy he still came by and fixed it. His price was very good. He is a very positive person who care about his work. I like that. He will be the person I call when I need a new roof. Yes I recommend him confidently. Tommy

Highly recommend using Trustworthy. Not only did they have the best price to replace our roof, Terry and his crew were great to work with. After a few LONG I-Pad presentations/estimates from other companies, we were happy to have a real roofer who has done this for many years come out and give us his estimate. He didn't pressure us or try to sell us on un-necessary items. He and his crew were very professional and wonderful to work with. The workmanship is top notch and the clean up was as if they were never here. Very happy customer!

Trustworthy delivered 100% on everything we discussed about the roofing job to be done on our house. The crew was on time, was neat, and finished in one day. There were no hidden fees or services. Pictures were sent as the job progressed and the final cost was as promised. Terry and his crew exceeded all expectations. Thank you!!

Terry did a great job on my roof! I needed to have some missing shingles replaced and moss cleaned off of the roof. Terry came out and fixed and cleaned it the same day. He also fixed a few other issues he noticed at no additional charge. The roof looks great!

I called because we had a leaky roof. Terry answered my call and within a couple of hours, was out taking a look. He was able to fix the issue on the spot. He’s fixed a previous issue at our house. He’s reliable, shows up as promised, and does a good job. Problem solved again. Thank you, Terry/Trustworthy Construction, Inc. A friend originally referred us to him. I would encourage you to give him a call for your roofing needs as well.

We had our back porch roof done about a year ago because of water leak due to raib; however, the roof started to leak again during a rainstorm.
We forgot which roofing company fixes our roof, but we had information from Trustworthy, so my husband and I believed they were the company that fixed it. My husband called and spoke with Terry about our ordeal. Terry came to our house the same day my husband spoke with Terry. When Terry was on our roof, he found the issue right away and fixed it. I was shocked when my husband told me that Terry found the issue and applied something to help.

Would I recommend Trustworthy to someone? Definitely! Especially with the knowledge and helpfulness.

Thank you!

Terry is a great guy and an extremely hard worker. He gave me a very reasonable price for the work that had to be done on my roof, and even ended up fixing some extra issues during the job that I wasn't aware of (for no additional cost). He was also very prompt in completing the job, took pictures of the work he did, and answered any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend Terry and Trustworthy Construction!

We had Terry come out to give us a quote after someone told us we were missing some shingles. He was so kind. After getting up there to check it all out, it turns out that we just had some flipped up by the wind. He got up there and fixed the overturned ones and had us fixed up within 20 minutes! I am beyond grateful for his help and honesty! You dont need to double guess the integrity of this company.

Terry at Trustworthy was great to work with! Came out 2 days after I called (would have come the day after but I couldn't be home). Replaced a few shingles that were missing, whole thing took under an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Terry at Trustworthy and his crew are great! My roofing job was a full roof replacement following storm damage and his team was able to knock the job out in a single day including tarping and cleanup. It honestly looks fantastic and I am very very happy with the work. Prices were honest and fair with supplies and labor communicated clearly up front with a prompt estimate and no hidden charges or misleading fees. If you are in the Pasadena or anywhere in the AACO area give Terry a call for your roof service.

I contacted Terry because I had shingles blow off in recent storms as well as a gutter that was falling off. Terry was out at my house very timely and was able to rehang the gutter and fix my roof. He also identified a few other issues and was able to immediately fix those. I recommend using Terry for all roofing needs.

Incredible work. Went above and beyond what I needed. I am super satisfied with how he sealed my 5 skylights at my home. He also put new boots on all the stacks coming from my roof. Super fast service. Thank you Terry!
