Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

We used Chesco to replace our front door, siding, and exterior trim. I am extremely happy with how the project turned out! My house looks amazing and the staff at Chesco were fantastic to work with. They are always responsive, professional, and pleasant. I highly recommend Chesco to anyone who has a home exterior project.

Chesco is a great family owned company that completely transformed the front of our house by adding a new deck. Thank you Charles and Mona for all the hard work.

We interviewed a few roofing companies, and Chesco Remodeling was the only one who actually got up on the roofs (house and detached garage) to check out what needed to be replaced so we would get an accurate proposal of the work. Honestly, their prices were comparable to other quotes, but their professionalism and dedication to promising and eventually fulfilling a job well done won us over. Chesco Remodeling takes pride in their commitment to excellence in the way they communicate with their clients in a timely manner, to the high quality of their workmanship and product, and to being genuinely kind and respectful to us and each other, all goes a very long way. We would recommend them in a heartbeat! Someday we will have them back for other projects we have in mind. Thanks, Chesco!

Chesco is one of the bright spots in our industry. Their commitment to faith, honesty, and quality is leading others to be better as well. It’s an honor to call these guys family!

Chesco did our roof about 3years ago. So when we wanted to have attic stairs put in we did not hesitate to call Charles. They did an amazing job on our roof , his crew were very professional and after the job was done cleaned up spotless. The attic stairs was the same way, Charles, Nick, and the crew were again amazing. They have done work also for both my sisters. Just great people to work with. Thanks for all the hard work.

We selected Chesco Remodeling LLC to put new siding on our house and to renovate two bathrooms. While installing the siding, Chesco found issues with our roof, so we also had them install a new roof. Chesco has an awesome team and all the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Everyone was extremely kind and caring of our needs and concerns. Working with Mona was like having your own personal design consultant. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely use Chesco for future projects. We highly recommend Chesco for any home improvements.

After shopping around and receiving multiple quotes for our master bathroom remodel, we settled in with Chesco as they checked off a lot of the boxes for us - fair and honest quote, local business, veteran owned, and great feedback on-line and from everyone we talked to. It also helped that other contractors were telling us that it would be months before they could start the job while Chesco was able to start within a few days of us signing the contract.

We couldn't be more happy with our finished bathroom remodel. We had an old jet tub removed and a custom tiled shower installed. The tile work performed by Luis is simply amazing. I don't know how else to describe. it. You guys have a real artist working for you. The new flooring looks great. The old stand up shower we converted to a linen closet is exactly what we envisioned. Everything about this job is way above what we expected. The one minor issue we had with getting the correct shower glass size was corrected immediately. We have zero complaints.

A sincere thanks to Mona and Nick and all the workers who went out of their way to make this job go smoothly and within budget (under budget in our case!).

One last thing - before we paid the final invoice, Mona sent us copies of EVERY invoice, purchase, etc. Every dime was accounted for. I've never seen a company with this level of transparency and honesty. We are looking forward to working with you all again real soon.

Recently we hired Chesco Remodeling to replace our roof. We choose Chesco because they are a locally owned company and had very good reviews. Now that the job has been completed, we are absolutely satisfied with the results. The whole process from start to finish was professional and delivered on time. It was a pleasure working with the Chesco team, and we would definitely use them again.

We hired Chesco for a kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. From beginning to end of the project the crew was communicative, knowledgeable, and always left the project site clean. Mona was the best! She checked in on us every step of the way and offered helpful advice when we were unsure about a decision. We will definitely be using Chesco again for future remodeling projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Nick and his crew were great. Nick kept us informed about the building process as we moved through it. Whenever we had a question or concern, he addressed them immediately. Overall, from Nick, the office staff, and the crew they were very professional from start to the finish. I will reach out to Chesco if I have other projects.

Chesco came to our house today to fix our leaky roof and put a new one on. What an absolutely fantastic team of guys who really know how to handle roofing.

The first crew came bright and early, and had removed the old roofing material completely in no time flat. By the time my wife and I ran errands later on that morning they had already installed a good chunk of the shingles.

But it wasn't a standard job. Our house had a flat "dead valley" between the main house and a later addition, and it was leaking badly.

Charles and his crew came out and boy did they fix our roof. They replaced the rotten wood and sloped the valley to handle the water properly. The new shingles look great and we already got compliments from the neighbors.

The crew cleaned as they went, finished their work early before dinner, and from the ground we couldn't even tell they had been here. That is, except for the brand new, sharp looking, weatherproof roof.

From the initial consult on how to solve the problem to when we paid in full, my wife and I couldn't be happier. We won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thanks guys, you gave us more than a new roof. You gave us peace of mind as we continue to raise our family.

This is the second project I’ve had Chesco perform on my house and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. They were true professionals every step of the way. They worked closely with me in advising me in decisions about design and decor and I can honestly say the final result was beyond my expectations. I have no doubt who I’ll go to for my next remodeling project.

We are so pleased with our brand new white slider.
Thank you for your quick response to get this done asap it was shattered and we couldn’t go out back. I have already referred some family members and our neighbors to you all.
Nick was very pleasant and spent time going over our estimate and all the details. Luis was very professional when installing our slider. Nice sparkling doors that we can finally see through.

Chesco just wrapped up our full basement remodel. Nick, Luis and crew, Jon, and Mona were great. We had a few hiccups along the way but it was a massive remodel requiring all trades (structural, plumbing, electrical, insulation, etc.) The finished product is just as we envisioned. Adding massive new value to the house with 2 full bedrooms, a bath and half, 4 new closets, and large living area. Essentially doubling the usable space of our house.

The professionalism of everyone involved made the process smooth and the up front nature of everyone from Chesco provided a great experience. The details with financing, final costs, and touch up was much appreciated.

We have to finish our upstairs bathroom within the next few months and will be reaching out to Chesco to complete the work.

If I could give them 6-Stars I would. From the day they came out to the day they left; they were just incredible. They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, skilled and most of all fair! My master bathroom looks incredible. I cannot recommend them enough.

Prior to consulting with Chesco, I checked out other companies that are more well known. They sent sales people, one of them really annoyed me, asking my education background and what I did for a living. It was almost like asking personal questions so he could size me up for the price, which was way high than the average cost. Chesco was different, Charles the owner showed up, explain the process of changing the roof shingles and explain to me why it would cost this much. Which was fair, they also did my next door neighbor's roof a few years back and she's pleased with it. After seeing the work they did, I have no regrets and I would definitely consider them for other home upgrades.

Hired Chesco to do our Master Bath Remodel. This included demoing and rebuilding a wall, Full gutting of the bathroom, adding a new attic entrance, and several other components to make this work in a 100 year old House. I have done many home remodel projects on multiple properties- Not many contractors are willing and able to take on such a job for a reasonable price. However, Chesco was more than happy to accommodate us, and worked with us every step of the way not only to solve issues, but to give us ideas for what would work best in our space. Workers were polite, clean, and respectful. My wife really liked working with Mona on picking out the tile, appliances, ect. Foreman Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. Job was on time and under Budget. The final product looks great and we have greatly increased our home value thanks to Chesco. We plan to use them again for additional remodels. I have hired over 30 contractors for home remodels over my lifetime and Chesco was one of the best I've ever worked with. Highly recommend

We hired Chesco to update our old tub to a walk-in shower as well as add a railing to our front porch. From start to finish the entire team was responsive and courteous. The job was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. We will be using them again for our next project and highly recommend for any of your remodeling needs

We could not have had a better experience working with Chesco on our front porch remodel. Nick and his team built an amazing porch, and were very flexible to pivot when we found some additional unexpected hidden issues that needed to be fixed. They helped us find the best solution and in the end the porch is WAY better for it.

Thanks so much Nick and the rest of the Chesco team!

Chesco Remodeling LLC put a new deck and new siding on our house. We can not say enough about how pleased we are with their services! Everyone was respectful, professional, kind and very easy to work with! The high quality of their workmanship is evident in how beautiful the new deck and siding is! It looks like a brand new house!

I just can not say enough!!!! This company did an excellent job on both bathrooms. My project manager and nephew Nick Stafford's Crew was great. The pricing is very reasonable and well worth the results. Mona and the 3D Pics really helped me with my vision. I will definitely contact them for my projects going forward.
