Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

I contracted BMA for a fiberglass swimming pool installation and associated work. Brian provided me with the most competitive quote, and I felt confident that he could manage all aspects of the project without outsourcing various parts to subcontractors.
Brian handled all the permitting and inspections. Because the backyard is adjacent to a conservation area, HOA and city/county officials raised concerns about drainage issues, but upon evaluating Brian's plans, a reputable engineering company said that "the procedures spelled out by the contractor are solid".
In subsequent weeks, Brian and his team executed all aspects of the project swiftly, effectively and professionally: excavation and installation of the pool/spa combo; all plumbing and electric work including the pool pump, heat pump, salt chlorinator and pool automation system; patio; retaining wall; fence; grading and sodding. Throughout the process, Brian was always responsive, quickly answering my questions, and he made sure I was always satisfied as a customer. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the end product and the quality of the work from Brian and his team. Highly recommend!

Good group of guys! Excellent work!

Horrible company!!! Justin Miller is impossible to get ahold of. They do not pay their bills. Stay away from this company!

JNT recessed a lift in a concrete floor in my shop

JNT came to the project with an open mind and help me accomplish my vision with nothing more then a paper drawing. Their experts were professional and helpful every step of the way.

Catemu Landscaping got rid of all the leaves that were covering our yard all winter. It looks great and is ready for the summer.

Catemu Landscapting Services has been doing my lawn for several years. They perform a quality service, are very reliable, and I have been very happy with them.

Excellent service and very professional. Even though they are a small company, every interaction is handled like you are the only customer. Highly recommended Catemu Landscape services for all jobs, big or small.

I had iron rails/fencing that were rusty, peeling, and needed a new paint. CATEMU did a fantastic job of reviving my ironwork. It looks SO good, and I've already gotten compliments. They truly are a Jack-of-All-Trades. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I've had them mow my lawn for 3 years now, and they do a great job including cleanup. Also, had them regrade (add more dirt) around my house in 2023, as well as bury a water exit pipe in my back yard. Great job.
