Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

BMA Landscaping was top notch for our front porch, steps and front walkway renovation. From the moment I first called Brian (the owner) for a consultation, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Brian is extremely communicative, made great recommendations and was willing to share updates/troubleshoot along the entire way. His team/crew was exceptional as well and worked around the clock to meet their projected timeline. If you are looking for any type of paver build and renovation, choose BMA landscaping for the job!

We very recently had our three stacked stone garden walls reset by BMA Landscaping. The owner Brian Arnold was extremely attentive to our needs. He and his staff, Chris, Russell and another young man showed up on time, worked all day seemingly without any breaks to get the job done in a timely fashion. They were all very hard working, professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job...we couldn't be happier!!! We live in Perry Hall and we would highly recommend Brian's company!!!
It was a pleasure doing business with them!!! Can't wait for my next project with BMA Landscaping!!!

I was put into contact with Brian by Fluidra / Jandy equipment support. I was delighted when he came by the SAME DAY to troubleshoot my system with the Jandy support team, who helped him get my system running temporarily while we await the warranty replacement part arrival - all of which he coordinated on my behalf! I’m very pleased with the service and grateful to find such a competent and responsive pool service company!

Brian and his team were very professional, always on time, and did a wonderful job installing a beautiful in-ground pool with surrounding pavers. I highly recommend BMA Landscaping if you are thinking about installing a pool, pavers, or anything else to upgrade your yard.
Thank you BMA Landscaping!

We contracted BMA Landscaping for an underground water drainage system, our yard was just washing away with the rain. Brian has been great to work with and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he walked through the proposal with us a few times to understand our concerns with impacting recent septic work. I recommend him and will be in touch when we’re ready for our next yard project.

So nice to find someone who still takes pride in their craft. Brian made sure to keep us informed throughout the project and offered modifications to reduce costs. I would recommend him highly to my family and friends.

BMA Landscaping did an excellent job. We had a general idea of what we wanted but didn't know where to start. Brian provided his expertise to map out everything and helped with some design choices that really captured what we were going for. Brian and his crew took a gravel driveway on a corner lot with no privacy and turned it into a great space to host family. We plan to use BMA for any future efforts, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and quality work.

I would highly recommend Brian and his team. I needed a tree removed. It was so large I couldn't see out of the window and it was partially in the neighbors property. They work fast but efficient and were very polite and professional. I will be using them again.

It was a great experience having our walkway installed by BMA Landscapping. Very thorough explanation of everything involved in the estimate and the job was done very professionally using the best materials. We could not be happier with the walkway.

What a super team to work with from start to finish. Brian came out to the house and followed through with a proposal in a timely fashion. Before I knew it his team was here laying pavers and building steps down to my pool. He knew it needed to be safe attractive and it certainly met my expectations.

After many failed attempts at trying to save my lawn I finally decided to call a professional. Brian and his team were a pleasure to work with and did not try to oversell me. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

Brian did an amazing job building a retaining wall for us. It was a big project! He was easy to work with, attentive to detail, always professional, and timely.

Brain and his team did an amazing job replacing a retaining wall that had seen better days. We have received many compliments on the new wall. We couldn't be more satisfied with not only the quality of work but the professional service we received from start to finish. I would highly recommend BMA.

BMA did a great job with our outdoor kitchen project. They helped with the design and their crew did a great job. We are very happy with the experience and results of their work. We will use Brian and his team again for future projects.

I contacted BMA landscaping to remove an old brick staircase to our front porch and wanted some ideas about how to include a walkway and planting area near the house. Brian designed a new walkway for us including stairs and a retaining wall to make a garden bed. Brian is very professional with great attention to detail and has a vision for design. We absolutely love how our hardscape turned out and will contact BMA landscaping again for future projects.

BMA landscaping did the paver flooring of our pool pavilion. Brian listened to our ideas and was very helpful in the final design which involved removing a significant portion of an existing concrete patio. We especially liked how he incorporated gentle curves that flowed into the remaining deck instead of hard straight lines. Brian stopped by every day (5 day project) to check on the progress and address any concerns we might have. Brian stopped by after the job was completed and he noticed a small slight depression in the pavers. He had a crew over the next day to pull that paver section up and reset the area. It is a sign of pride in your work when the job isn't finished until the customer and the boss are satisfied with the final product.
Thanks Brian, the patio looks great.

We are very pleased with our new walkway. The BMA Landscaping team did the demo and installation within 24 hours. They do great work. They really know what they are doing. It is so refreshing to see a hard working team. Thank you Brian, Russell, Nelson and the rest of the team (sorry that I forgot the names of the other two men). I highly recommend BMA.

My experience with Brian and his team was beyond amazing!! From day one no sales pitch, no b.s., just the truth about cost and how long it would take. His crew very professional and friendly. I’m beyond thrilled with the end result.

Brian and his team did an excellent job on our retaining wall! BMA Landscaping provided a quality product, excellent service and reasonable prices without cutting any corners. They were thorough and made sure that permitting was complete and everything was up to code. We would definitely use BMA Landscaping again!

When we decided to re-do our patio area, we contacted several companies who would work in the Timonium area. BMA Landscaping was the only company to show us different options to make the space more enjoyable. Some of the other companies asked what color we were thinking of and assigned a paver to us. Not only did Brian (owner) discuss the stone but he talked about grading the yard and how to eliminate standing water. He showed us pictures of stone to get an idea of what we wanted and the costs. We eventually went to Lehnoff’s Supply in Fallston to pick the actual stone - which was slightly different than what we saw in pictures. He was mindful of our budget and made us feel that our job was just as important as every other job. He told us it would take about 5 days depending on weather - which was a factor but the job was done in 6. His workers were knowledgeable and efficient and continued to work in the heat of the summer. A crew of 3 worked most days for 7 - 8 hours each day. We have had many people compliment the area. I’m thrilled that BMA was the company we went with.

Brian and his team did a great job building our patio. He was very generous with his time when it came to designing it,explaining every option and possibility. He and his team were professional and built our patio with minor disruption to anything else. We made the right choice.
